The hell are you on about. The big winners are the Saudis and the Gulf states. Settling EEZ disputes alone is a massive undertaking for Israeli gas development. Cyprus too. Name a worse pair.

Punch the pipeline through Turkey and be done with it. Until then it's LNG tankers out of the Gulf.

Are there any reports on prisoners taken? That's what I'd expect more than dead from a successful offensive, and prisoners are far easier to count than guessing at how many people you blew up in a house or were caught when their vehicle was disabled by a missile, which very well might be zero. Which isn't to say I expect reliable numbers from anybody even without accounting for the fog of war obscuring anything that isn't you going through the checkbooks and seeing who hasn't showed up to collect their pay either because they're missing or because they got sent back to sit in a hospital for a few months after taking a few shell fragments.

Earlier it was reported they were releasing most of their prisoners on parole, but who knows. Expect the Russian numbers to be just as faked as the Ukrainians numbers.

The only confirmed report I saw was the 70 or 80 snake island guys. Russia just really isn't too concerned with releasing propaganda to western audiences

Germany, Italy and others had the perfect opportunity to tell the Americans to fuck off, and they bend. Short term: frack
Long term: nuclear energy

But they are obsessed with windmills, so I guess they'll piously suffer instead.
