The firebombing of Japan was a warcrime. The Japanese rail networks and other strategic military targets were largely ignored for a campaign of terror bombing on civilians in relation of the grave crime of attacking a naval installation. I don't blame young Japanese men butchering any American pilot they could get their hands on. I would have done the same thing.

America seems to have quite the history of massively overreacting on attacks that after their campaigns seem insignificant in comparison. 2000 odd lives gone in 9/11 in exchange for decades of invading middle eastern countries and killing anyone they deem wrongdoers comes to mind.
Crazy how Russia going into a former state over the broken Minsk agreement is considered sacriledge but not any of America's invasions since 1950.

I saw some articles the other day about PMC companies setting up in Ukraine to fight, with numbers around 7,000.

Is this true? And who is paying them? I assume it is the government but that just says they're even more desperate than just arming civvies and convicts to shoot eachother. I guess oligarchs might be buying them up in preparation for whatever happens next.

Trump is definitely the best current alternative and you are delusional for thinking he would do that.

Not even going to say what he would do because the good options are limited and they all have drawbacks and all of those will invite the argument "well that would be an insane move because x" and you would be right, because those moves require strength that people like Biden and Hillary don't have.
