That was a big moment in the defense attorney's opening statement, but it came so far into it that I can't help but think the jurors might have been zoned out and not caught the importance of it. I'm sure that would have happened to me had not Nick been there to emphasize what just happened.

I will take Unbreaded spam over the fucking Futa question every day of the year. There was a sharp decline in Balls or No Balls superchats that roughly corresponds with the Unbreaded segments. This is spicy enough to haze new guests without being outright degenerate.

"Balls or no balls" and other older memes have been getting rarer for a few months now. Probably a combination of the newer viewers who don't know about them and all the trial streams providing new jokes to drown out older ones.

It really is though. If you're filing a defamation complaint as a celebrity, you are going to have to plead every normal element of defamation and at least address the possibility of public figure status and, thus, actual malice.
