To be fair, it will probably never come to pass. The "Yiannopoulos Privilege Grant" was a scam to line his own pockets, and I imagine if the Gay Conversion Centre ever gets beyond the idea stage it'll be the same situation.

Still, it's funny watching all the stupid boomercons like Eric Metaxas who are dumb enough to take this latest grift seriously.

If it means anything, it is/was never going to happen. Milo has never actually done anything of note himself. During his halcyon days, everything he claimed to write was actually ghostwritten. The scholarship fund he created all went into his pockets. Pretending to be straight is just another hustle. I’m sure he did get donations for gay conversion therapy but it’s just going to his new wardrobe now that he is getting fatter and fatter. That or servicing his debt because he’s been millions in debt since 2018.

It makes me sick that he is not blowing dudes for 10 dollars a pop in a gas station bathroom. I remember in '15 what woke me from the autistic right/civnat illusion was watching this faggot being paraded around as the alternative right, etc (that and Sargon and his capos shitting themselves). I felt like I was taking crazy pills, between the dangerhairs on one end and Milo on the other....yep, I was done with politics.

A-logging aside, he doesn't deserve to go to max prison (after all, the FBI called him a massive waste of time), he'd enjoy it.

Very funny how all five of them became massive jokes. The mid-2010s was a very interesting period of time online for sure. Fortunately I never followed any of these “personalities” but it’s funny how badly this cartoon aged.

They just were the first to come out and aggressively attack PC Woke bullshit. It was funny at first, then they started taking themselves too seriously and even worse, discovering they can get rich doing it. That fag Shapiro was the only one smart enough (Jewish enough) to tone down the hostility of their message to the mainstream.

Half those up there burned out or became irrelevant.

The fact Milo's still allowed anywhere near supposedly serious political movements is the clearest indication that the people running them are either stupid, desperate or both. Same with Baked Alaska - knowing what you know about them now, how on earth do you not slam the door in their face the second they come knocking.

Even during GamerGate, Milo admitted that he didn't like games and thought gamers were cringe, but he was riding the momentum from the movement. As shit as Anita Sarkeesian and Brianna Wu are/were, Milo's the last person who should've been calling anyone a scam artist.

I'm not a fan of Morgoth's Review, but he made the fair point once that the money Milo pissed away on luxury goods could've funded a think tank or something of that nature. Dude's like Sargon in that he has a reverse Midas touch effect on everything he associates with, but at least with Sargon, for all his many many many flaws, I never got the impression he was a grifter.

Still, as I enjoy watching things crash and burn I can't be too mad.

Most in the alt right had him figured out in 2015 but the alt lite and Trumpists clung on because it was a faggot saying baste things! Even when he was caught red handed with pocketing the money from his scholarship, they bemoaned how it was just purity spiraling. It’s a perfect mix of stupidity and desperation that lets Milo hop from grift to grift.

Having said all that, he’s scraping the bottom of the barrel with his gay conversation grift. The GOP is 2022 is gayer than a Frisco bathhouse. He is effectively placing himself so far outside the normie and even dissident right that there is no real way to regain ground. Each new grift he gets into has a smaller and smaller pool of marks. He can’t even pretend to be a reformed leftist because that well has been drawn from too many times to count. Maybe flat earthers are next for him?
