We're fairly sure he's doing back office work like data entry/processing. He hasn't been a janitor since he worked at Walmart several years ago. He worked a couple of janitorial jobs and since that fits with people's image of him as a loser, it became an article of faith that he's a janitor.

I'm grateful that will never happen because hookers will insist he use a condom, and that's if he manages to get to the point where they have sex. We know that's an area of difficulty for him.
