You should maybe read the articles on it. Simce it wasn't origianlly a disney movie STARZ has excluseive rights to stream it in the US for an unknow amount of time starting in March. This deal was made before Disney bought FOX. This is also why not every region is losing it.
Both the post about it being removed and explnation have been posted several times.

Shut up idiot
Its just a crazy coienedence and not at all disney posturing to gain viewers with the war in Ukraine
All that changes is who has the responsibility to bury it.

Here, have a video of a brave Ukrainian villager clearing the rubble in his driveway after his village got bombed:

Meanwhile, the German government sends top of the line GDR Strela launchers to Ukraine :story:
I guess they are glad to get more storage for better gear, now that an increase of budget is on the table.
(The crates are literally moulding according to the article lol)
The mould is so bad, that German soldiers are only allowed to walk into the warehouse wearing PPE.
They also don't have the (re-usable?) hand pieces anymore and are hoping the Ukrainian army still has those.
Oh and btw, the propellant charges apparently developed cracking, so who knows how those have aged for the last 30+ years.
German soldiers weren't allowed to use the launchers in training since 2012, because of safety reasons.
They contemplated to explosively decommission them, since no business would take and dispose of them, but that would have contaminated the soil too much.
So they found the next best trash can ally they can supply with those launchers.

But at least they say every launcher given to Ukraine is "safe", I would like that crystal ball they have there...

Well then, so far of us the confirmed slavs here, the adamant Ukraine nationalist cucked out to become a refugee, @дядя Боря is comfortably cheering for his "roots" across an ocean in the US and @Borscht is probably drinking themselves to a stupor over being in Russia atm. A sorry state of affairs indeed.
What about me, oi?!

Russia gets to have Bears as housepets.

Alaskans are big on domesticating bears too. Bears would probably a good animal to domesticate for sniffing out drugs and bombs since they can smell 10 times better than a dog, that is if they didn't go pittbull every now and then and attack their owners.

Now these are all actually substantially more important blows to the Russian economy. This is akin to Canada, our local third world country, no longer importing natural gas and buying our subsidized electricity.
If there is one positive thing I think that may happen from this war is nations may take Nuclear power seriously again.

Slav Lives Matter would make for a good subtitle on this thread lol. I don’t think I’ll ever care about what Russians do as much as Ukrainians.
I have pretty mixed feelings towards Russia. They do some pretty based shit, but I've always suspected that's to appease the Russian Orthodox church and not shit that their government does just because they want to.

Why would you ally with an inferior power, when a stronger one is available?

It's the "two party" system on a global level. Many Americans aren't represented particularly well by either main political party. They certainly can throw in with a third party but it's ultimately going to be a losing proposition.
That's the reason why everyone wants to ally with NATO, and one of the reasons we are in the mess we are today.

If NATO would not have taken in the ex-Warsaw pact countries directly as members, they would have had to create their own alliance. I would imagine that when given the choice of uniting together or joining the Russians, their choice would have been pretty clear.

(Even if that would mean having to rely on the P*les)

We even have a Saint Seraphim who's quite famous by virtue of his iconography often depicting him feeding a bear.

i love how Ukraine has become the european junkyard of outdated military equipment, Romanians must be SEETHING they've been trying to get this deal on scrap metal and copper for a century and Ukraine ends up getting it

And doing that would have guaranteed that said alliance would have developed its own nukes, which wouldn't be liked by nato or Russia. No clean option any way you go unfortunately.
