There's some interesting similarities and differences. Such as the fact you had your case dismissed on jurisdictional grounds (something Dean should have done, and @FROGdid), and that you apparently did have a GFM that was used to pay your lawyers, whereas Dean had a GFM (run by a third-party) and still doesn't have a lawyer.

Fact of the matter is that most of these assholes have a lawyer buddy in their jurisdiction to do them a favor so they file it in their jurisdiction. If you have a meritless case, it’s much harder & probably more expensive to find a lawyer you don’t know willing to take up such a retarded case. And the ideal situation is to get a default which my guys attempted very sneakily a few times & is what Preston is going for with vikki.

Maybe because filings have to be worded a certain way? That’s why lawyers exist. Did he not even mention it? I think this is an instance where you get so caught up trying to defend details of a claim that you are not going about it correctly. A lawyer would tell you to shut up about the merits & claims & just go “wrong jurisdiction”.
If I can add another point about my case (holy fuck sorry I never intend to write so much but it ends up a novel). Vikki was taking the side of the plaintiffs saying that they own my IGG & that the project is maz’ and I “stole” it. Despite that not being possible bc IGG requires you to verify owner before going live with social security number that cannot be changed, I’d like to know where her crusade on late books is in regard to Maz (plaintiff in my case)? Where is “Dark World”?

For instance, you might not want to play whack-a-mole with serial litigation where some idiot files the same nonsense in location after location because dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction is generally without prejudice. Now of course we know there was no reasoning whatsoever in it, but seeing that answer filed was no reason to suspect flabbergasting levels of incompetence by everyone involved.

For a variety of reasons, I'm not sure the CG thread is appropriate. For one thing, it seems hostile towards or disinclined to discuss anything that's not hostile to FROG. It's visited these days mainly by a small cadre of FROG alogs these days. That thread has seen better days. I think you know that as well as I do. FROG was even joking about it over there, and is telling people to come here.

I get what you're saying, but I don't think Dean and Vikki have the resources for a prolonged defense right now. It would have made sense in this case for them to one-shot this thing. Even considering that Preston could have refiled. If nothing else, it would have bought them more time to shore up their defenses and figure out what to do.

To this end, he assembled a crew of dignity-challenged women from the CG/TFM scene, including SaggyMelonz, Rosetta Allen, Piper and a certain Ashley-Lynn Gaia Storm who under Walton's leadership launched "TWA" (Titties With Attitude), a show where endowed/fat women (mostly fat) can shake their breasts as well as discuss them for the edification of Walton's audience.
Had Walton kept things strictly professional on the Titties With Attitude program, this may have been mercifully forgotten as merely one of the most stupid and degenerate episodes in slumtown CG.
