I really wish a lot of the water cooler talk I've had to engage with at work was as tame as this tbh.

Calli and Connor sorted things out behind the scenes after his comments on Hololive, and his comments were a lot more directed at individuals than any of this, where they're mostly talking about corporate. Not sure what the fuck she's thinking unfollowing Rosemi (who wasn't even there) but giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I don't think the actual content of the screenshot is irreparable on a personal level. None of them are really saying anything batshit crazy like calling them whores or whatever.

Calli actually knows Connor on a personal level, though. She probably already knew his feeling on Holo and discussed them with him behind the scenes before he even said what he did.

Not to mention, she always says she hates fake people. So I am sure the whole "play nice on twitter, talk shit about people in private discord" doesn't mesh with her. So she just decided to nuke some of her Niji twitter follows in a knee-jerk reaction. Honestly, the move seems to line up with how she seems to act and think.

I guess I'm wondering how the corpo shit will tangle up everything after the leak. They surely won't just leave it alone. They are a JP corp and everyone knows they won't ignore it specifically because of it's official nature, as they were using their work accounts so it is inherently tied to the corp. It's my opinion that this should be treated like nothing really. However I will say they are spinning a rrat without knowing anything just like everyone else does. Specifically I'm referring to the Council bit. How does Fulgar, without any hint of sarcasm, post this:

How could he possibly know what their expectations were? I'm sure the 'pie in the sky' expectation was they would all be Gura, but the objective predictions for their growth is something only Cover knows. He's rrating just like any /vt/schizo lol. On Vox, I think his timing is a little too convenient, but it's not like he's taking a dump all over her. Isn't he just funposting about the holoEN curse just like everyone else? The issue is the perception of this stuff, and I'm positive the perception will be the worst interpretation of things, which is why this is still a problem no matter what the intentions are. Fulgar's comment is pretty disrespectful no matter how you look at it, as it suggests Council as a whole is failing in some fashion, so that will definitely be something they address.

One note on Mori. She's a tribalfag. I don't mean specifically a holo/niji one, but it's clear she takes any perceived sleight against her 'group' as something personal. From what I can tell she's always been this way, and I imagine that's part of the reason it bothered her so badly when her old 'group' largely abandoned her. She may handle the steps she takes after any incidents like a retard, but I do think she's undeniably loyal and it's nice to see a good trait like that.

The Nijichat that got posted isn't awful by itself, but it's not a great look with apps open... and I hate tribalism, so various fans of Holo and Niji beefing doesn't appeal to me in the slightest.
