Yes, yes he did.

what is this?

It's an open world game with a growing number of viable builds with multiple new game pluses and he's bitching about how you're supposed to play it and have to go to areas that have key items..

WAT?

EDIT - and now he just did a 180 on that lol ooooh phil

This is amazing..

So he took too long to get to the castle but also did it too early, no one is contributing to his streams but who are they to say how someone who wants their money should play a game THEY are the entitled ones now give me money to play a game the way I want.

Thanks LiJoe and who ever that vanessa player is, you cracked the shell now the delicious gold dust can flow.

"In every waking moment of your life, you cannot be entertained, and you cannot be fully blown away by what's going on."
Yes. I attend streams to be consistently bored with brief moments of entertainment and I pay $50 to do so.
His viewers lead 'insulated' lives. This is some kind of generational issue with people who want instant gratification. You're going to be a failure in life if you go through life with that mentality and end up enslaved by Scopely or something.

What does Phil believe is the job of a streamer, exactly? I'd like a definition. Because it isn't just 'to play video games'. That's a hobby, not a job.

Maybe someday he'll understand that it's not the game that's boring, it's the streamer accompanying it. Maybe....in 30 years, or maybe 40. Until he realized this, he'll still be the "the game sucks, not my gameplay" lolcow we know. Can you imagine a guy in his 60-70's playing video games with someone as boring as him? He is the most delusional online person I've ever seen in my entire life.

lol sickening cowardice there.

Did he mention this the first time he did it (like, a fake "hey, I wonder if you can jump attack in this game?") or did he just start doing it without drawing attention?
I first noticed him doing it when he fought his first tree avatar, he just circled around it jumping and attacking.

So Elden Ring is a game that you need to be handheld in order to enjoy it?

Phil, stop. You have an extremely overpowered weapon, you were killing low level mobs, need to read guides and listen to your chat because you're afraid of losing. You're afraid of people making fun of you. Stop with that excuse, please.

Oh, and "we do this to make you suffer"? What, telling you to go to a more challenging zone in a video game? That's your definition of "suffering"?

Stop bullying the cripple! These are charity streams!
