I've seen a lot of destroyed Russian convoys in the past week but this is the first one that's given me real Winter War vibes. Rosgvardia column with OMON riot gear in Kharkiv, looks like a (comparatively) big one too.

This video gives some idea of the sheer size of the convoy that got wiped. I think it's the same one.

Apparently, there's Ukrainian light infantry out there making Winter War style raids on these poor buggers. Seem pretty successful at it too.

Kept away from this thread for a while, because reasons. But have some delicious Polish volunteers who think it is still 1920 (Possibly posted before).

Fun thing: When asked "When will you come back?" their leader answered: 48 hours after taking Moscow. (Yes, for real, link in PL).

I've heard the amount of hazing new conscripts face (is that the right word? Forced military service). Upto and apparently worryingly often including actual sexual assault. I wouldn't be surprised either if Sasha, who never wanted to be in the army in the first place, had enough of being raped in the barracks one day and shot everyone else at the range.
why does it always have to have buttfucking? why cant slavs just do things for selfish reasons that dont involve sticking wieners up butts.
ok lets say russia is willing to go as far and wipe out its own existence to accomplish the objectives these poor bastards have been sent to, they dont but just so were dont distracted by silly ideas like proportional response, is sending down paratroopers to be shot at going
Interesting. Kazakhstan also declined, and it doesn't border Ukraine. Belarus does, and now they are having "problems" joining in. Putin may have been counting on support from Belarus, since they are so close.
lol how the fuck does your own puppet just tell you nah hes busy?

:stress:im going to have an aneurysm at this absolutely slavic logistical nightmare.
Even Hitler had this brains to tell the Luftwaffe to cut that nonsense out. At this point the VDV is a Ukrainian lootbox system for reaching a certain amount of kills.
id love it if ukraine turned out to have just been farming vdv for kills to look like they put up a fight.

It worked for easy company in the normandy landings.

Lmao so the whole "We're fighting a war, I need ammunition, not a ride" shit from Zelemnsky whatever his name is, it was just a copypasta?? The cuck was flown out to Poland at the first drop, leaving his own people to die, and ordered for potential deserters to be shot??

Fuckin lol

I guess it was @mr.moon1488 who said attackers take more hits, I can see what you mean given the US military in the GWOT has been bombing sand people for the lulz with minimal losses.

It does remind me of rush mode from Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 where the defenders do overall rack up more kills but can lose the flag though.

How close is Russia to taking the flag in all of this?

However, it was quickly noticed that something was a bit off:

The theory is that Putin was not actually present at all, but was rather digitally added to the video to make it seem like he is comfortable interacting with people normally and to counter rumours about his paranoia towards Covid. I'll leave it to you guys to decide.

Where did you get that clip from?

I watched video in the link you sent and I don't see Putin's hand clipping through the mic.

Also, it just seems way too real for it to be digitally altered. The lighting of Putin himself fits the lighting in the environment to a tee, his body has as much detail as the people around him, and the objects around him don't seem to be altered whenever Putin moves (e.g. Putin's arms cannot be seen thru the teapot on his left, even when he gestures).

If it is true that Putin is uncomfortable when talking to people, I guess that's why he chose to be around a bunch of women, who are more likely to stay quiet in the presence of high-status individuals.

I am guessing you got this clip from a pro-Ukrainian source that altered Putin's hand so that it looked like it went over the mic, but I need the source of that clip to confirm this.

Depends on where Ukraine sets the flag. If it's in Kiev, however long it takes them to unfuck the road from Belarus, plus multiple weeks to bombard, assault and secure the city. If they're going to fight the Russians all the way to the Western border, several months at least.

All of that means nothing if you do not have the will to win, and the US has not had that since WW2 ended.
that's because since WW2 ended the US has never fought a war where anything substantial was at stake for america. all of the overseas war in korea, vietnam, iraq, iran, afghanistan, syria, libya, none of them involved any threat or danger for america itself.
when "defeat" doesn't cost you anything, that makes retreating and giving up seem like a great decision.

Ok that short old guy has clearly been waiting fucking decades for a chance to kill some Russians.

I got it from a Russian source where it was being speculated over.

You're probably right, though. Seems like it is legit.

Edit: Made an edit to the original post. I can't quote you on it, so a brief explanation will have to do.
