The thing that's crazy to me, people are A-Ok with the entire business world being used as a weapon agaisnt a group of people TPTB don't like. Getting very Christians to the lions vibes and people are either cheering for it or don't have a problem with it. That's more concerning to me than anything going on in Ukraine.

This whole thing could have been avoided if Zelensky recognized the Donbaus Republics. The precedent being set right now is way scarier than Putin taking all of Ukraine imo. If they can do it to a country they can do it to you.
When did the Donbass Republics actually declare independence? I thought they always officially maintained they were nominally part of Ukraine.

Welp. it's seems that we've got the first casualty from "tie him to a tree" punishment in Novolynsk. The thing is, it's in western Ukraine and the town is under ukies control, so I have no fucking idea why this happened. I also haven't seen any reports about marauders in that region, so it's possible that they tied him up for whatever reason.

It's quite cold, he probably died of exposure.

Russia is gonna run out of VDV at this point.

That's a pro russian map, isn't it?

Sumy, Chernihiv and Kharkov, Mykolaiv and the surrounding areas are still controled by the Ukries.
Sumy is encircled, Kharkov is too at this point I think. Not sure about Chernihiv. Mykolaiv is not though.

Hm.
Zelenski isn't loved. I'm shocked.

92% Regret Nulands cookies and want Yanukovich back. Even 4 years ago. If Zelenski can't rule he'll burn it all down, using NATO

What does it have to do with Zelenski? He was elected in 2019 and this video was posted in 2017. Not to mention it comes from a russian state-controlled tv channel.

. Perhaps Zelenskyy would go into exile even before that, and Viktor Yanukovych would take his spot and await Moscow's instructions. That's my guess. I might be wholly wrong. Putin might quit to become a Buddhist monk.
I don’t believe it’s necessary for Zelensky to go into exile once Kiev falls. He could easily retreat to Lviv or some town on the border with NATO.

Russia’s been incredibly reckless but there is exponential risk in invading West Ukraine

Russia just released papers that allegedly prove that the Ukies were running Bio weapons labs, including plague and anthrax pathogens.
Even bigger, it was not only US approved, but funded as well.

I wont pretend to understand what this says, and as usual with this war, grain of salt on EVERYTHING, but if this is true, this is a violation of the UN rules (I know, try not to laugh) on chemical weapons, and it really kicks any moral high-ground the Ukrainians have in the nuts. Kremlin to release official statement soon.

Edit: Basic rundown on docs is order by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health ordering destruction of all pathogens. These are dated Feb. 24. Also these facilities were allegedly near the RU-UKR border.

If the schizos were right about this one...
you wouldnt put a biolab meant to target a country on the border of that country, you develop it away and then go to infect people so theyll have to invade like this to even find the facilities, if russians really are this obsessed with border proximity in modern economic, information, nuclear, and bio warfare than they really are subhuman niggers who cant think beyond the times of castles and gulags and czars.

2014. Well I remember DPR holding that awesome blowout referendum and forming a government at least. Not sure about LPR.

Chances that this is actually a decimated Ukrainian unit? About 100%

What's this you say? A shitlib commentator calling for WW3

The transformation of the Guardian from an old fashioned lefty rag into a mouthpiece for multinationals and pushing nuclear war has been quite something.

What a timeline. I hope the Russians wrap this up soon.
Quite an about-face from this faggot journalist, Simon Tisdall. Here's a smattering of his work from the last couple of years:

Lamenting the cost of the War on Terror:
The overall cost of the “war on terror” can be gauged in many different ways – in terms of international development, arms spending, environmental impacts, civil and human rights, the rule of law and the balance of power. Yet most striking is the cost expressed in ordinary lives lost and ruined.

Celebrating the idea of NATO dissolving:
The Afghan project failed. The tarnished age of Pax Americana and the “endless military deployments” Biden deplored is thankfully drawing to a close. Nato – discredited, ill-led, and taken for granted – has had its day, too.

Why are there so many wars you guys?:
Why do present-day politicians, generals, governments and international organisations appear incapable or uninterested in making peace? In the 19th and 20th centuries, broadly speaking, wars commenced and concluded with formal ultimatums, declarations, agreed protocols, truces, armistices and treaties.

No war with Iran!:
If Trump’s hawks get their war, Britain risks being sucked in on the side of an aggressive superpower whose words and deeds are increasingly inimical to this country’s interests and values. There’s an old debt to be paid, and it’s high time Britain finally did the right thing by Iran. That requires unhesitating, active opposition to the threat the Trump regime poses to Iranians, the wider region – and to us.

But yes, the West should totally set up a no-fly zone and shoot down the military planes of a nuclear-armed nation. There is obviously no risk in doing so, and such a move is very consistent with Tisdall's dovish positions of the past.

But wait!!! I was told that on here that biolabs didn't exist!!! And that even if they did, why would they be in Ukraine of all places!!! Why would the US fund bioreasearch that was agaisnt treaties in a backwater like Ukraine?!?!? I was reliably informed on here that that was impossible and nonsensical and couldn't possibly happen!

It is a sign of clown world that I'm 50/50 that the DOD might actually do this because as someone pointed out, moving materials in a shithole country raises less eyebrows compared to some isolated island off Cuba.

I really hope not though. Nobody's that insane, right? Right?
