2022 Mad at the Internet Patch Sale

This idea would probably take way too much work and/or time, but I'll put it out there anyway.

I think it'd be pretty cool if there was a patch based around the particular sections of the forum. For example, one that's themed for the "Sector B: Lolcow Salon", then have the image/emblem be a little kiwi bird with it's talons painted, some makeup on, etc. or something thematic like that. The motto quote could say something like "Catfight & Deathfat Specialists" (just an example, tired brain ain't working too well.)

The "Sector A" group could be the Lolcow Cults section, and maybe have the emblem be three or four Kiwi birds dressed up as some of the "popular" people with their own subforums. Motto-wise, you could put something like "Remember, you're here forever." Then "Sector C" would be Lolcow Farms, with plenty of inspiration from those threads for what the emblem and motto could be. But the overall idea is that people will have options, but then you know a high amount of people will buy all three.

And if you really, really hate yourself wanted to, I guess you could make one just for Austistic Thunderdome, but I think it'd be fine without it.

Anyway, I know this idea would be a lot more costly and time-consuming, but maybe it can help produce a solid and more polished idea. The Dox Found idea is really good imo, and is simple enough that there shouldn't be an issue for whoever you get to make them to mess up (god knows that happen way more often than it should with companies.)

I'm just joshing you. I'll wire over some crypto in a month or so once I get my banking shit sorted out. I just don't have the balls to order merch because my country doesn't take kindly to memeing. I'd love a KF shirt or whatever, but it isn't worth the risk. Maybe someday if I get a PO box set up separate from my home address I'll get to proudly wear my kiwi crest of autism honour.

I don't know jack about crypto, so tell me which coin is the most useful to you and I'll send that one.

Extremely autistic, but I like the thought. No need to do one for every section, but some lend themselves to a LARPy mil-spec division patch.

Animal Control and Rat Kings come to mind.

Someone has a great image of a Kiwi bird and a Cow lying down together for their avatar. I would seriously pay for a patch along those lines. I bet most people reading this know the image I mean but I will link it if I find the user again. *edit* I was going to say I think it may have been from an older merch run, but @HIVidaBoheme has nailed it, and it is from the 2018 merch run. I still would love it or an updated version as a patch.

What about something like this? There's a LOT of things to get better but the idea is to get it like the 60s to 80s FOXHOUND patch.

Have you considered something relatively tame, like some hard or soft enamel pins of the website logo? They are arguably one of the better choices for merch, since you can apply them to bags, coats, even pin-boards. Plus with how they are manufactured, you can make a batch in bulk and likely profit nicely for the site and yourself.

You mean @Kiwi & Cow , iirc that was on the 2018 t-shirt run which I wish I could have nabbed one of :(

That image would work for a patch tbh

Something like an edit of this existing patch, perhaps? It even has a bird and a cross-section of a corncob, too. The eagle could be replaced with a kiwibird flapping its tiny wings, the owl changed int a mutt, and if people don't want corn, there could be a slice of a kiwifruit instead. Change FFA into DOX and the rest of text into something else, I'm a bit out of ideas at the moment.
