Cursed Images

The were accused of it a lot for a bit, but it was most likely do to miscommunication because the church itself was started in China in the late 20s and the guy who brought it to the US spoke terrible engrish. They've since been cleared as "Not a cult, just very Asian"

Interesting. Before I posted the pic here I didn't even know "Local Church" was actually the name of some organization I just thought it was a generic sign lmao. I am certain that makes it much less weird since some goofy chinaman group is more funny than sinister and the whole confirmed not a cult thing

pic tacs of the most assuredly vexing and cursed. Don't stare too long at it

I legitimately used to be pals with that guy, and there's a copy of the game I donated to him buried somewhere in that pile. There's yet another pic of that collection that thankfully never got spread around of him 'bathing' in that tub full of JP carts. Unfortunately, he sold the whole collection off years ago, including the fridge iirc lmao. The obsession over certain games is a sorta meme in the hardcore collecting community, most notable would be the Unorthodox Dragon Warrior Collection, where someone else has over the years amassed a similarly ungodly large collection of NES Dragon Warrior carts: http://theunorthodoxdragonwarriorcollection.com/

Good to know that even the good ol' days had its fair share of autists.

I genuinely want to know the context behind this video. How did he hide a watermelon underneath the sheets that well? Why is there a pond?

I know a guy who is an amazing tattoo artist. He's been on TV shows, his work collected in books, pictures of his art in galleries, etc. He only has a single tattoo. He told me that he HATES tattooing fat people since he's had a son, like he will do everything he can to get out of it. Reschedule loop them, change travel plans, even inflate prices to ridiculous amounts. I asked if it was the smell or having to touch them that bothered him so much. he said those weren't pleasant but weren't the reason

He said the real reason is when you make a beautiful piece of art, you send it out in to the world just like you would with your children. And the idea of making one of his creations suffer a life to be made uglier, more distorted and disgusting through no fault of its own but because you placed it in the care of the careless. To place a piece of your soul in the gaping maw of the souless to him is the worst concept he has ever considered.

Dude sounds like he's up his own ass, but I can respect a man who follows his own principals.
