Going by the context of the first half of your post, I'm going to assume you mean in terms of her audience and not on a legal sense. If that's the case, I don't think she needs to worry too much. Those are her knee high gogo boots, not the kind of boots that were by the door. She also has ankle booties. The kind that were by the door were like the kind that she has that are tan. You can see the line of those boots in the picture just about where her knee would be, it's harder because she has on her black leggings.
To me, the deal with the boots is a pretty big indication that she might be lying about being at Nader's. Ok, so they're not the same boots, but she has been seen wearing black boots. If she knows she has black boots--and trust me, a woman knows what color boots she owns--she must know she may have been pictured in them. So what she said is an outright lie and fumbling for a weak lie to try to prove a so-called truth seems awfully fishy to me. As they say, one lie begets another.
