Boogie / Boogie2988 / "Francis" / Steven Jason Williams - Fat, Rapidly Declining Divorced "Nice Guy" Middle-Aged Youtuber, Former Edgy Porn Blogger, lied about having cancer and being molested. Cohost of fake drama show "Lolcow Live (LCL)". Just WILL NOT die.

Now all Frank has to do is show up at his door again. It'll be like a Greek tragedy, Melon forever stuck in a loop of being harassed by a veteran with a Go Pro on his head and shooting up a school and church.
I don't think Frank even has a formal warning from the police that if he was ever to visit Boogie's property again it would be considered trespassing and therefore at least a misdemeanour, like what often happens to Frank when he hassles either businesses or customers within those businesses. Correct me if I am wrong/late but Frank pretty much has the green light to enforce his Hassle Doctrine upon Boogie within his own domicile.

Prediction:
-Plea deal isn't too harsh all things considered, a complete waste of almost 2 years on his part
-Plays victim
-He finds a way to complain about it while saying he's happy somehow
-He makes a few videos about it in total doing 200k views
-Plays victim
-Ignores his "regular content" for a few months because he just can't help talking about the Frank situation
-Puts house up for sale and prob moves to a rental
-Plays victim
-Makes tweets and videos at nasium about how much he doesn't like the new place he moved to
-Wink tracks him down and does whatever he wants to Melon and becomes a true Legend

I figured he wouldn't get any time for a 1st offense felony if he pled. Problem to me is he should've had some weapons charge for being a 'prohibited person' with access to a gun. Firing within a city limits and school zone as well. of course. The only choice in these situations is to take a deal, cause if you lose you could be facing the worst of all. In many states if you do probation and don't screw up, it's not a conviction. I would've been happy if he had to do a few weekends inside, but he probably got at least 5-10 probation with a plea.

He will get a bump for a few weeks and then his views will drop back down, he will be on a high while this happens then will crash horrendously:

He will also get triggered by anyone calling him a felon for the next few years
also interesting because his next video will essentially be his final one. like its only downhill from here, there will not be a single "big" video after this one

Based on his Twitter milk, he’s now officially Melon the Felon.

Though, even if he pled to a misdemeanor his narc rage would be the same.

Either way, you know what the difference between Boogie1488 and Frank Hassle is?
About 400lbs and a criminal firearm conviction.
and enough brain cells to not shoot a gun towards a school...

One thing is for certain, Melon will be vague about the exact details of the outcome, because he's currently acting like he got away with no consequences.
He can't hide that much. It's public record unless he seals it sometime after, which some states will do. It'll show the plea and outcome even if it's no-contest or something and suspended.

He's allowed to profit from his own mugshot/notoriety?

Prosecutor and Defense attorney hashed it out in the hallway (if you've seen Better Call Saul it happens like they show).
Agreed. I have seen this time and again. A couple times even as a party. Don't assume something is going to trial until the jury is empaneled. And not even then.
