Very interesting. Russia apparently has a shortage of jet fuel. WTF? They produce plenty of oil. One would think they have enough refining capacity. Yet Korean airlines are being told the Russians won't be able to refuel them. Heck, this surely brings in hard currency. Why do I see a connection between this and the apparent widespread fuel shortages among the Russian invasion force?





Someone said this thread was the worst thread on the Farms. No. This thread reflects people worldwide contributing their information on a very dynamic situation. Some posters, or their loved ones, may be in harm's way. "Armchair generals" were decried. Uh, some of us actually served in various militaries, perhaps we didn't become generals but some got up high enough to know how things work far as military planning/logistics/operations go.

Believe this has actually been one of the best threads on the Farms. A lot of information comes in here, from many sources. Bullshit tends to get debunked. Get a lot of viewpoints. Yeah, there's pigfighting and shitposting but the good outweighs the bad. And just maybe some here find support in their time of worry or need.

I don't know if it would be the best thread on the farms, but its been a very useful thread. Because alot of the conversations taking place here can't really take place much of anywhere else on the internet anymore due to censorship. People on all sides can participate here without the insanity that is going on nearly everywhere else.

I'm not even a total Putin shill, I think he is a serious man which automatically makes him better than any western politician and I think their reasons for this invasion are legitimate but my main reason for thinking that the west shouldn't go to either financial war or actual war with the Russians is because it is going to have disastrous outcomes on our economies and the average person is going to immensely suffer and I don't think that's worth it to prevent Putin from having influence in the Ukraine or even annexing the Ukraine completely.

Also you do not have to support everything your country does because you live in it, you can still be patriotic while calling the actions of your government retarded.
