The Pogues lyrics spring to mind there: “you scumbag, you maggot, you cheap lousy faggot”.

But no that doesn’t work as Cockney rhyming slang. It’s usually an innocuous or surreal pairing of words that conceals the rhyming word - sometimes offensive. Like Berkeley hunt = cunt (shortened to berk).

Thicket and hedge = wedge. Some shit like that, I’m not an expert.

Also not an expert. My attempt at a CRS for divot was: hedge and privet = divot. In use that then just becomes 'hedge'. Hey, we both came to the same result from different words!

ETA: it doesn't work for your examples because CRS is from simple times when people wanted to communicate things like 'bread', 'wife', 'arse', 'policeman'. It doesn't have the structure for expressing the intersection of anal-hooking and clownfaggotry.
