So pro-Russian ANNA-news is claiming that Syrian rebels have arrived in Ukraine

So Turkey is going to try to flood Ukraine with diversity through "they're totally volunteer fighters for you" as opposed to the usual "they're totally fleeing war in their homeland so need to move to yours".

So the burgers are now threatening sanctions against India AND China? Holy fuck, the depth of retardation knows no bounds. America has more deathfats and troons per square inch than any other nation. Lard mixed with oestrogen is fucking with their minds, and let's it face the average burger has never been that stable.

It's time the rest of the planet sealed off the US and stopped all contact with them. They combine love of war with almost total sexual and moral degeneracy. They're leading us over a cliff. Economic depression at a minimum and potentially nuclear war.
It's the flailings of an empire who's influence is waning. Time was they could tell the UN to jump and everyone would ask how high or get invaded. Now they say jump and a whole bunch tell them to get stuffed and ask what they're going to do about it.

Applying sanctions to China, India and Russia is just asking them to form a trading bloc and make their own systems to replace Swift and everything else they get locked off from reducing Americal hegemony even more.

If there's a time to disengage from the global financial system, it's when everyone else is suffering from a global depression. Very much easier to swallow change when you're currently being fucked in the ass by worthless fiat.

Is this like the use of Mercenaries/PMC's? their countries of origin won't be held liable for whatever havoc they might bring about?

The Russian Army has a disproportionate number of Central Asian Moslems whose legal status is unclear. Perhaps blackmail, perhaps earning their papers. Anyhow Russia has always had a notable Moslem majority, particularly Tatars, but obviously Chechens and others of that Caucasus region. White Russians emigrate and Moslem migrants replace them. RT throws shade on France at times over rioting or criminal Maghbrebi, but Russia has a bigger Moslem majority. If the Patriarch became a Moslem, he wouldn't need 50 hats, and if Iran is any guide, he could live in degenerate luxury.
Based Putin and his muslamic warriors saving the huite race.

How much of an NPC do you have to be to actually go and fight for the Ukraine of all places?

Some snow nigger country where they speak gibberish and are ruled over by globohomo Jews?

Now fair enough if it's some ex military who want to re-live the glory days but even then Russians aren't Arabs so their chances of ending up dead are significantly higher than when they were shooting up family groups having a picnic in Mosul.

But for ordinary members of the public?

Oh yeah, back in 2015 the German 'journalist' Julian Roepcke from BILD was pretty good buddies with Mikael Skillt.

It's truly beyond parody.

We've become so stupid as a society that we've weeded out our fundamental capacity for self-preservation.

We deserve everything that's coming.

One of the biggest smooth brains of it all is that normies are not noticing the strategy to stop the sufferings of Ukrainians involves a plan to escalate the war through providing arms and supports to the Ukrainians. Which only prolongs and intensifies the suffering of the Ukrainian people and damage to their country. Propping up the Ukrainian military's strategy of trying to get enough civilians dead so the West intervenes.

Which we won't. Unless there's some dramatic escalation. This strategy is then providing an incentive and increasing the likelihood the Ukrainians could get that desperate. Things like dirty bomb, sabotage nuclear plants or waste and blame Russia. We already know out society is too smooth brained to not understand the nuance of, "But it makes no sense Putin would do that." See Syria and gas attacks for example.

It's just odd, the response is, "let's make it worse for everyone, with the worst affected being the Ukrainian civilians." I get someone can justify the war must be stopped and all that. It may be worth it to avoid whatever comes after. Just saying currently this is the result of the strategy.

This shit could grind on for years. If Ukraine won't meet Russia's (probably inflated) demands and Russia won't/can't go for an all out push for victory then they're looking at a dig in and watch the line move a few meters a week in one direction or another. Something tells me the foreigners enlisting won't be able to go "right bored now, it's cold, I'm suffering trenchfoot, the other soldiers in my unit merely tolerate me and I miss my family".

It may have looked like some glorious cause to go get some war stories, social media upvotes and finally a sense of having achieved something in this hellscape modern world but its turning into a quagmire that you've signed your life away for an undetermined amount of time to be part of.

If this is still going by winter we will be seeing soldiers on both sides including the foreign volunteers meeting their death huddled in the snow trying to stay warm due to a lack of fuel or warm clothing.

The Gopnik warps reality, turning his opponent into the caricature he created for propaganda purposes. Is there any viciously pro-Ukrainian talking head who hasn't had an Azov association by now?

And if you sanction China and India you cut yourself of from components that are needed for a globalized industry to work. I mentioned before India and China are basically the "pharmacy of the world" and if they decide "No more material for you" we would run out of medicine fast. Before Corona drug store were already feeling some of the shortages (though not so hard) but Corona made it worse. And nobody even thought about building some domestic industries to cover this. In a sense Trump was right about bringing industry back into the country . This is the cost of Globilazation because one thing disrupts the entire machine

No, not per how these sort of things have played out in the past. It's certainly a strain on relations for a government to not attempt to stop its citizens from volunteering to fight against your country, but I'm not aware of somebody expanding a war over it.

Arc

Shit man, you can't make a statement like that and not drop some sources. Sounds fuckign hilarous really. I wanna see russians jump from planes and land in snowbanks.
I don't know about insane plans but there is a funny story of a hotel in Moscow that's asymmetrical. The architect basically combined his two proposals in one blueprint ( I guess for ease of comparison) and Stalin just stamped it "Approved" and ofc no one wanted to tell him he was being retarded and they just built it.
from the previous thread

Hotel Moscow
1. The story goes not "Stalin was retarded" but "people weren't sure which of the two proposals he approved and were scared to request an audience and ask for clarification".
2. It's bullshit. Stalin was a higher-level idea guy wrt architecture ("We have a hotel shortage, let's build a hotel." / "Why don't we have skyscrapers in the capital?" / "Damn this place looks nice, I want a house here.") and wasn't approving individual designs (not even his own residences).
3. The hotel was going to be symmetrical. They decided to refurbish and expand rather than knock down an existing pre-revolutionary hotel thinking its walls were solid and strong enough to support the weight of extra storeys. Turned out it was not the case: they were filled with loose garbage and started cracking, so that wing required a redesign to lighten the load.
4. The redesign was a success, and when the building was knocked down in 2004 to be rebuilt from the ground up after allegedly falling into disrepair and being in danger of collapse, it turned out it had been perfectly fine and the rebuilding was a scheme to steal land and embezzle construction funds.

Paratroopers / airborne assault teams
1. The paratroopers-with-no-parachutes story is also bullshit and comes from some retard's 2004 novel. It was a heroic episode in the novel, in that paratroopers random volunteer infantrymen were jumping out of planes flying 10 ft above the ground at 50 mph and no one died. Because Russian historical science is more full of soy traitors than Project 1619 and gender studies together, this episode was reimagined as evil Zhukov murdering heroic Siberians and has been copypasted from soy book to soy book ever since.
2. Some airborne assault operations in fact did not use parachutes: troop carriers landed on airfields behind enemy lines.
3. There were experiments in which cargo was airdropped using glider carriages instead of traditional parachutes. They were soon stopped as having no practical use not to mention advantage.

edit: re: poll:
torn between Blyatskrieg and Ukraine takes back Crimea 2022, in that the war special operation is going well for Russia so far but Putin will most definitely whore Russia out when it ends.

Yeah I can get behind going if you have family in the area or something, but as far as going if you don't even speak the language or know someone who does? Yeah good luck with that.

I can imagine if Ukraine falls, how far an insurgency could go? Chechen terrorists were bad enough, who knows what some kind of Ukie ultranationalist group with Western backing could do?

Actually, what would happen if they transported a nuke to one of the cores & blew it up? Would the uranium cores also fissure & feed the explosion & create a bigger fireball?
What? Of course it wouldn't.

Where do people get this idea that nuclear reactors are just atomic bombs waiting to detonate? They're not. Nuclear reactors in power plants are explicitly designed to prevent nuclear proliferation, and one of the ways they do that is by requiring barely-enriched nuclear fuel (3 to 4%) to function (compared to nuclear weapons, which need their fuel to be as highly-enriched as possible).

If you manage to get a modern atomic bomb right next to a fueled and operating nuclear reactor's pressure vessel and then detonate it, first off, bravo to you for getting so near such a deadly radiation source (and condolences to your family), but second, you'll just vaporize the core and its contents which, in comparison to the bomb's own composition, is barely radioactive at all. The "magic" that makes a nuclear bomb work all happens inside its casing. By the time that death ball is ready to break loose from the casing, all the important physics decisions have already been made and the presence of a few neutron-spitting fuel rods isn't doing to change a thing. It might increase the radioactivity of the ensuing fallout, but it's certainly not going to change the power of the explosion or size of the fireball.

So as to "what would happen if they transported a nuke to one of the cores & blew it up?" There would be a nuclear explosion of the size indicated by the bomb's known characteristics, and a crater where a nuclear reactor building once stood. There would be no measurable impact to the explosion because of the reactor's presence there.

At first I was concerned that Ukraine will fold rather quickly (like Georgia and Ukraine-2014 did), but now when I saw starving gomosoldaty with fucking Baofengs, riot police being put on the frontline, downed planes with Meal Team Six pilots in them and 1-general-per-week rate of attrition, I'm now convinced the blitzcringe will inevitably turn into bloodbath, and hopefully into humiliating defeat. The West should probably enact a no-fly zone over Ukraine, what's Russia gonna do anyway? Lose its remaining planes?
