So how high do gas prices and inflation have to get before people all unite and start taking solace in their favorite comedic writings? You know, like this piece of humorous writing that is obviously comedy.
If anyone's going to do it, it'll be Dave Chappelle, because he's pretty much the only relevant comedian who hasn't been completely co-opted by the post-Jon Stewart era of political clap-ter a la Colbert.

Don't worry about the economy guys, there are much more important agendas to promote!

AP: Biden to ask Congress for $2.6B to promote gender equity

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden said Tuesday that he will ask Congress for $2.6 billion for foreign aid programs that promote gender equality worldwide, more than double the size of last year’s request.

Biden announced his intentions on International Women’s Day, which is set aside to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world.

Biden created the first-ever White House Gender Policy Council on International Women’s Day last year to help promote gender equity throughout the administration.

He said everyone deserves to live up to their “God-given” potential, regardless of gender, and that societies perform better when women and girls are allowed to prosper.

“Ensuring that every woman and girl has that chance isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s also a strategic imperative that advances the prosperity, stability, and security of our nation and the world,” the president said in a written statement.

The White House also was hosting a livestreamed International Women’s Day event Tuesday to discuss the announcement, featuring Secretary of State Antony Blinken from Europe, acting budget director Shalanda Young, U.S. Agency for International Development Administrator Samantha Power and Jen Klein, director of the Gender Policy Council. They are to be joined by young women leaders from Ukraine, Brazil, Zambia, Burma, Jordan and the United States. Biden was not scheduled to participate.

Jill Biden marked International Women’s Day with a video tribute to women throughout the world “who courageously use their voice, no matter the cost.”

“To our sisters from Ukraine who are fighting to keep their country free and their families alive: We stand with you in solidarity,” the first lady said. “To our sisters in Russia who are protesting and speaking out against the invasion at great personal risk: We see your courage,” she added.

“And to women warriors around the world, those fighting for justice and working for change: Thank you for building a better future for all of us,” said the first lady, who is visiting Arizona.

Biden’s $2.6 billion funding request will be included in his federal budget proposal for fiscal year 2023, which starts Oct. 1.

Biden sought $1.2 billion for gender equality programs in his 2022 budget proposal. The numbers haven’t been finalized since Congress is still working on the budget.

The White House has not said when Biden will send his 2023 spending proposal to Congress.
"Equality" so that means Men who are falling behind in every measurable aspect will get that money right?

The smartest thing Republicans could do in the event they take back Congress this fall is pass a law mandating we attain and MAINTAIN complete energy independence going forward. Biden has been an utter disaster, screwing over gains that we've been working on since 2001 and that caused a market boom in North Dakota.

I owe my friend Seth an apology. I always saw green activists as annoying kooks but he always claimed they were an actually dangerous Jim Jones style cult that one day would attempt suicide on a civilizational level to appease their Gods.

I thought he was being paranoid but he was right. They'd rather the entire country burn than admit we need fossil fuels.

Just use electricity.
the fuck you mean electricity motors are complete shit?

Watch what the other hand is doing, if they're going so big on oil ban virtue signaling and trying to force a war, there's probably some "refugee" amnesty bill being made right now that will pass because republicans snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Biden already said he was gonna do that at the SOTU.

The rank and file peasant class climate change cultists certainly fit this description, but I've always wondered if the elites that espouse this shit have any genuine belief in it at all. None of them seem to lead lives of anything other than grotesque excess. John Kerry's private jet usage is widely derided, but they all do shit like that and often own multiple huge estates, fleets of cars, etc.. I don't think they want civilization to collapse totally, but they do seem to want to dramatically restrict access to anything approaching a first world standard of living to everyone other than a tiny handful of people. I'm not sure how they plan on producing or maintaining their luxuries in a world full to the brim with starving filthy plebs living in squalor though.

This is such bullshit, saying this while allowing transgenders to destroy female sports, girls and women being raped in schools and prisons due to utterly nonsensical transgender policies, and spending billions that we need in our own country.

At least the AP is reporting about it so it sorta gets to the normie mainstream.

>Supposed to vote at the latest tomorrow
>Thousands of pages yet they still haven't seen it

So don't vote on it? This is the equivalent of a kid handing in his assignment at the last minute because it's obviously shit. Make them accountable for their actions and ask for some sort of extension for more time so you can properly read it.

Why is the problems with the easiest solutions so hard for these people to achieve?
