Feels like that, but if you logically think about it, you can't just keep an economy running on giving niggers KFC and having Jews move money around. That has to come to a head at some point. To me, the US economy kind of comes off as the housing bubble in that it kept going on for longer because no one wanted it to fail, but it eventually did have to. Likewise, there are some other factors at play this time around because now you have countries that actually make shit wondering if they wouldn't be better off without the US existing.

The Russian economy is fucked, the war is lasting longer than Russia thought it would, is much bloodier than they probably thought it would, and an inevitable insurrection movement will take place if Russia occupies or puts up a puppet government in Ukraine, that will consume more resources of Russia's economy. NATO has become reenergized after decades of being a relic of the cold war.

Russia gambled on this to be quick deceive strike that won't bleed into the world, they'd get sanctioned sure, but it would put their economy back years, not decades.

The only winners in this will be other oil producing countries and China for gaining another pay bitch.

I mean, its very apparent from the start when Moscow closed their stock exchange indefinitely, and now have to rely on the Chinese to buy their stuff

As I wrote on the Chinese thread, I'm of the opinion that China leaking US intel and asking Russia to delay the invasion threw an already flawed and highly optimistic invasion plan into an even more chaotic and impossible

Adolf Hitler was in shitty health near the end of WW2, and Putin is only ten years younger than Joe Biden, who is almost 80. Putin is almost 70. They're both old so it's not outside the realm of possibility that Putin might be in bad shape.

One thing that made me leaning about the poor health of Putin is that he grew up in Soviet times, and not exactly from a rich family. People who grew up with less nutrition as a kid would led to lots os health problem later on as the grew and got old. I mean, wasn't one of the reason Putin studied Judo was because he was a small and weak kid?

A bit of a late reply but I'm catching up. Polish official stance has always been skeptical to the transfer of fighter planes, especially one that is not a NATO transfer, and especially a rejection of the unconfirmed rumor that spread about them letting Ukrainian pilots use Polish airspace and aircrafts. This offer is just a PR response to the media circus certain countries started - basically a polite way of telling the US to give Ukraine jets themselves if they really want to instead of publicly pressuring Poland to do it. And it's especially a fuck you to Blinken for running his mouth lately. I don't expect this offer to be accepted and if it is, it'll likely mean modernization of Polish airfleet (since those MiGs are considered to be an expensive burden).

I'm more of the opinion that the reason Poland didn't want to immediately sent the jets was because they fear Russian retaliation, especially since when the news first broke, Putin gave another warning about "interfering" in the war. Poland sending the jets to US first was just a technicality to avoid Russian wrath

Uncalled for. Believe Putin could have gotten much of what he wanted through diplomacy and negotiations. As things stand, he's royally fucked things up. Poor intelligence, poor logistical planning. You plan for worst-case. Putin planned for best-case. Everything has flowed from that.

Now the 2022-style Lend-Lease is coming in. Now the bodies of dead Russian men are coming home, to angry families. Putin worked hard over the years to divide Europe and split Europe from the USA. In less time than it takes to tell about it, that's all gone out the window. Ukraine is putting up one hell of a fight.

Is Putin corrupt? Yes. Is Zelensky corrupt? Most likely. But then again, politicians all over are corrupt, just a matter of degree.
