So I did some research on terminations and potential account reinstatement on youtube.

When your account is terminated you have a chance to appeal the decision and attempt to prove yourself innocent. However if you are still found to be guilty of the TOS violations your channel was terminated for, you're shit out of luck.

From what Ive seen channels that are reinstated were typically mistakenly flagged. As we know Gunt is definitely guilty. Her recent Omegle nudity showing alone happened several times over several videos. One nudity violation is termination worthy.

I also read that having multiple refund requests can flag your channel for review, so it could've been a perfect storm of her blocking members while also being mass reported for the Omegle streams. Gunt got cocky and ban happy at the wrong time.
