Almost as if having a track record of getting others to do your dirty work while leaving them to take any backlash isn't a sustainable long term diplomatic strategy.
in most cases, like with Vietnam or the Kurds, enough time passes inbetween for brainless politicians to forget that this always fucking happens. but this time around it's literally less than a year since they hung out Afghanistan to dry, and then here's Ukraine, so everyone is FAR more likely to nope the fuck out of any kind of really significant action. but ah well, they can still 'cancel' Russia as a country - that'll show 'em and totally won't backfire!

Interesting tbh. Surprised I'd never heard of these guys before, wonder if Russia or the DNC are funding them.
I guess some old school Russian agents got their orders. I was wondering what happened to the Cold War espionage establishment the Russians so painstakingly built. I'm looking forward to seeing umbrellas deployed again, just like in the good old days.
I'm sure they do it for free.
There's kind of an infighting between the most lib and most radical factions of the left, for example Vaush is pro-Ukraine but Hasan is pro-Russia.
A shit ton of commies will take the anti-NATO/anti-lib stance by default.

@No Batty Boys in Jamaica

I think it was Vice that caught up with some wounded Russian tankers at some shithole hospital, can't remember when but maybe it was after Crimea. The guy they interviewed basically said the autoloaders have a spectacular rate of failure, and there's no way to clear a jam. Everyone in the tank is aware when a round jams or misfires, but commander says "fire!" and you fire. Everyone gets horribly burned. Such is life.
Up until recently many of their tanks were filled with asbestos fireproofing. Dust fills the compartment when it fires. These tanks are still used by reserve and training units, and probably the ones invading Ukraine as well.

The US disregards soldiers' health and safety to an extent. But they can get sued, have to shell out VA claims, and it's bad for recruitment if they continue to do the dangerous practice after 60 Minutes airs an exposé.

The Young Communist League of the Communist Party of the United States of America (CPUSA) has held protests over the last few days in NYC, Dallas, Indianapolis and other cities in opposition to any NATO intervention in the Russo-Ukrainian war.

The CPUSA has joined many other old-school Communist parties around the world in declaring that the conflict in Ukraine is the sole fault of NATO.

Many of these are the same people that go on hissy fits on university campuses the moment someone they don't agree with wants to hold an event.

Also, here a CPUSA member is trying to explain the Ukraine conflict by comparing it with Tom and Jerry memes:

They are right and I agree with them, although I hate these unwashed cucks, I'm gonna assume they have heard these opinions and picked them up because they go against western capitalism. I don't think I've ever heard neo commies complaining about NATO.

Everybodys using this war now to push their own agendas.

Now that's a notion I support from a demographic I normally loathe.
Everything except the "Disarmament Now" sign.

As long as we get out of with the world police/global hegemony business, I fully support the US (and any country, for that matter) having extraordinary capacity to blow the ever-living shit out of an actual, direct threat.

Its specially worse now that the US on top of this current fucking mess is still (to this day since Obama) supporting the Yemen genocide by the Saudis while refusing to sanction China for Uyghur genocide, after leaving Afghanistan after 20 years of "nation building".
There's absolutely 0 moral ground for the US to be intervening anywhere, much less for "Ukrainian genocide"

More fresh boomer takes from the dinner table.

- The entire world is now against us! (spoken as if it was a good thing)
- Uh, yeah. Has it ever occured to you that MAYBE it is because we are in the wrong?
- No, it's because the entire world dances to America's tune and AMERICA HATES US AND WANTED TO BOMB US IN 1946. You are stupid.

I love my family but sometimes it is getting a bit too much.

It's just the military industrial complex having that much influence. Anyone recall Joe Biden saying "America is back" back in 2021? what he meant was the resuming of the Bush/Obama-era USA. It's no surprise Joe was the choice of the warmongers.

I mean there is certainly an element of that. If it was someone else doing this there would probably be less of a pile on, someone like Poland probably would have been cheered on for punching the nazees if they had rolled in citing the same justifications. Russia has been the entire western world's big bad for the living memory of pretty much everyone alive.

Victoria Nuland basically just admitted it:

Apparently, they're worried about the labs falling into Russian hands. If the research they're doing is benign, then why would they care?

If the research was benign, why would the Pentagon be funding and directly overseeing it? If the research was benign, why would notorious war-enthusiast and Russia-disrespector, Victoria Nuland, even be talking about it, let alone be pissing and shidding her pants at the thought of the labs falling into the control of her archnemesis? Most of you already know the answer to that.

"Get the fuck over it poorfag, your suffering is nothing compared to the brave Ukrainians."
The desire to fedpost is just reaching levels I've never experienced before, there's a special place in hell waiting for these people.
These people have names and addresses and practice 0 opsec on twitter. Just saying.

For example:

You cannot tell me that these "people" are not begging to be strung up right now. Every bluecheck, celebrity, politician and rich person has basically been the living embodiment of "I wish a ni🅱️🅱️a would" for this entire invasion.

Ten years ago, I'd have said "The Cold War's over, gramps - get with the times."

Now, though? I'm actually inclined to agree with the sentiment and I can't figure out why the US got this wild hair up its ass over Russia, even well before this invasion. It all feels weirdly orchestrated and artificial.

Your family sounds based, America/NATO are the ones at fault for this clusterfuck.

The CPUSA has always been essentially a Kremlin puppet party consisting solely of paid agitators and useful idiots. The only policies that this party, and other similar Communist parties around the world, have genuinely pushed are policies that align with Russia and Russian geopolitical goals. If these people would have their way, all Western countries would throw down their weapons in exchange for eternal brotherly harmony... and be instantly be taken over by Russia and China.

This kind of people used to have quite a lot of influence in Europe during the Cold War. The idea that Russian media influencers are starting to promote these guys again is a callback to times no one wants to return to.

It is ochestrated, TPTB desperately want this conflict to turn into WW3. Covid/the vaccine push are failing, TPTB want to reduce the world's population by 90%. What better way to do that than nuclear war?

I have a question about biolabs, cos one thing doesn't make sense..

Why wouldn't US secure or remove the labs prior to Russia's attack? It's not like it was unexpected overnight thing.
Have you considered the possibility, that Washington is run by fucking morons?

(edit to be specific)

If the research was benign, why would the Pentagon be funding and directly overseeing it?
The Pentagon is heavily involved with research on vaccination to protect its troops, and also developing counters to existing and perceived threats.
There's a theory going around that SARS CoV 2 is the result of a vaccine research that was initially pitched to DARPA, which refused to finance it because they realized that GoF research would be required and that shit was put on hold. So that's why NIAID funneled money through EcoHealth Alliance into the chink lab at the WIV.
It's possible that the Pentagon oversees GoF conducted outside the US for benign purposes, but even the remnants of a benign research can be used maliciously.
If the research was benign, why would notorious war-enthusiast and Russia-disrespector, Victoria Nuland, even be talking about it, let alone be pissing and shidding her pants at the thought of the labs falling into the control of her archnemesis?
Because she's been involved in Ukraine since 2014 and government officials shitting bricks about hostile governments having WMDs has been a consistent way to fan the flames of war?
We always have to be conscious that these people are putting on a show and we're the intended audience. I've seen people shit bricks over Saddam's aluminum tubes and mobile enrichment facilities, or Iran being just 6 months or a year away from having the bomb. It's gonna take more to convince me.
