Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

What a way to spends Valentine's day, groveling for likes.
I mean it's not like she has a loving supportive partner that will treat her to anything but a knuckle sandwich dinner in the candlelight, because they couldn't afford the power bill this month

So much for not using social media.

I ran into Melinda at the store earlier, she had a cart full of porkchops and shrimp. I snapped this picture before she got angry and ran off.

A while back Mel and I think Marshall too started posting in the live stream comments of one of rekieta's videos, does anyone remember which one? Or do you know the usernames they used?
I tried searching the thread multiple times with multiple keywords, no luck.

This order grants Hardin's request for the court to consider more evidence in regards to his motion for attorney's fees.

This order denies Mel's motion for Hardin to explain why he isn't a bad boy. The court found that Hardin was a good boy

Court grants Mel's motion for a hearing on the merits of Hardin's motion to set an amount for the granted appeal bond. The clerk is directed to contact Hardin and Mel, and schedule a date for the hearing

Am I mistaken in thinking that about the only thing that could come out of such a hearing is "yes, I actually billed this amount" and anything else would fall under attorney-client privilege?

The amount is very likely to be discussed too (as moot as it is, given that Hardin had already revealed it). I'm personally more interested in the hearing about the motion to set the appeal bond amount. If the full amount is granted, Mel would required to pay nearly 10 grand ($9250.30) to continue her appeal
