Likely hood of him actually adapting is pretty slim. He is a dying animal in a shelter that coughing up blood. yeah he could save himself from complete failure for another year. but because of his current life style will be a a rocky one. All of that damage he caused is also catching up to him. that video John and Howard did is the first sign of probably many leaning the scale towards phil's end as a full time Lper. when 2017 hits i wouldn't be surprised if he still trying to save his pathetic career. As his ego would take a big hit from a boss that actual expects him to be competent at a job. the Phildiots that have been sucking his dick for years now aren't helping too much either. and there nothing he can do now.

I wouldn't be surprised if nothing happens except the continued slow death of DSP Gaming. He'll take a financial hit in his new contract because ,seriously, he has no leverage and go on another Paymetons campaign. Personally I hope him badmouthing Machinima so much comes back and fucks him in the ass.

If this dude was smart (big hypothetical I know) he could have saved all of that money he made during his peak years, stayed in Connecticut, and retired early once it all came to an end. And this is if his attitude never changed and everything plays out exactly the same minus the house in Washington and maybe taking on Leanna as a 2nd mouth to feed.

Phil is posting a vlog about his YT channel. From the looks of it, it isn't good for him. His Machinima contract is reaching it's end, and he's trying to contact a different network channel.

What kind of desperate network would take him under their wing? His views are terrible. There's hundreds of people who does exactly what he does but better (mostly). His personality is horrible; he's a racist, homophobic, misogynistic, lowest common denominator, POS. And he's probably the absolute worst Youtuber when it comes to PR. It would be a burden to take him on.

Thankfully someone gives him money...who is also a pretty well known YouTuber known as DasBoSchitt. Coincidentally DBS is partnered with the same network Phil is trying to contact.

Even if Das did him a favor, I still don't see that company picking up Phil. And I assume the company would be Gorilla Gong. The Let's Play section on that site is basically dead. It has a year old Jontron video featured and a couple of other things from bigger YT'ers who probably aren't getting much from Gorilla Gong. Plus Gorilla Gong is Machinima focused as opposed to LP's. Unless there's another site and even then I don't think Das has enough pull to get Phil on there unless Das owns the company and/or is a founding member. Phil is a PR nightmare for any company so it's going to be an extremely hard sell even if Das gave him a push.

Yeah, and even if he does manage to find a new company, I doubt that he'll be making anywhere near the same amount of money as he did when he worked for Machinima. You guys think that he's bad now, just wait until he's working for peanuts. The bitchiness and desperation will go up dramatically.

anyone with a view count phil's size can get a partnership, maybe not a good one, or on a reputable network but he will get something. a lot of these companies are run by scummy dot-com wannabes phil's circus act won't matter to them.

So basically, Machinima has given Phil 10 days to accept a new contract with a substantial pay loss. Phil thinks other offers are going to flood in, so he wants to see what other companies offer before he accepts.

After Blip.Tv, Twitch, and all the other bullshit that he's pulled in the past few years, he should take Machinima's generous offer. I doubt that other companies are green with envy about the idea of hiring him.

He should be grateful for any money that he's still getting from Machinima, pay cut or not. They could have dumped his ass a long time ago entirely.

As I understand it, Machinima finds advertisers for his videos, as well as protects him from copyright take downs. Without them he'd have to find a way to monetize his videos by himself, and people could report him for copyright violations. So basically, it allows Phil to stay lazy and do minimal work, and sit around playing vidya all day.
