The amount of coping from her this morning his unreal. If you don’t want your characters sexualized don’t post them online. It’s tough tits but people are allowed to draw your “characters” however they want. I find it eye roll worthy when artists whine about people drawing porn of their characters.
More obviously draw them covered up. The way you draw exposed thighs and bulging breasts is inherently sexual. If it wasn’t you wouldn’t have drawn Pup in a top that had her boobs pushed all the way out.

Some furry artists are willing to charge a few thousand for commissions, and they’ll still have an audience willing to pay them that much. If the demand is high enough in an artist’s following, and it always seems to be if an artist has a lot of mindless coomer fans willing to do or pay anything for more content, then they’ll charge those high prices to make as much of a profit as possible.

I’d like to point out she said the idea has to be interesting for her to even consider. Pup, weren’t you crying earlier this week about no money for pup meals?
While I do hope Autumn will pursue the commission path (mainly to take some stress of her mother + now she can only blame herself for bad financial decisions, as I've mentioned previously), she clearly needs to learn her audience better. She should know by now that a good majority of her fanbase are:
-minors, either living with or having strained relationships with their parents/caregivers and thus have little to no consistent income
-coomers who will very likely escalate their requests as time goes on
On one hand, if she starts commissions at 100 bucks there's no way she'll get a consistent stream of clients from the former chunk, who definitely make up the biggest part of her fanbase, and thus she'd think (or use it as an excuse) that no one wants her work. Which is technically true, but not for the reasons she thinks (HATERS).
On the other, if she wants to be so closed-minded ("if it's interesting", assuming she means "it catches her eye" and not "ridiculously detailed") about what content she produces for commissions, the latter group will likely look elsewhere. Or she'll claim trauma on her priv after BalloonBob69XD pays her an insane amount of cash to draw some really, really fucked up fetish art.
Tangentially related: Autumn's case here reminds me of my personal lolcow who whines about having no cash for her nursing exam entry fee (while having several pieces of merchandise and unneeded tech which cost way more than said fee), yet when asked "why not do commissions" or attempts to do so, just ends up ghosting/alienating clients/taking so long that people ask for refunds and she refuses to admit that it's her fault while vomiting out personal artwork at an insane pace.
In the event she does not fall into the above two traps, I'm convinced she'll end up producing her own stuff and ignoring or making excuses for her delayed commissions. Her audience are the type of clients who wouldn't like waiting for commissions, especially when they know how fast she can vomit out works. Hell, she might even do a "payment upfront" thing and spend the cash first to further fuel the fire.
Tl;dr: Puppy please open commissions I wanna see how badly you treat your customers
What’s even more annoying is she doesn’t have to draw extreme fetish art either. The point of a commission sheet is to tell potential customers what you will and will not draw. She won’t listen to this but the most you should be charging is about $30. Autumn is barely good enough at art to charge that. We know she can draw fast so if she finished say, two $30 commissions a day she’d have enough funds to move out in no time.
Okay, As an online artist I’ve seen a lot of different ways to earn money through art and whatever.
But Puppy charging like 100$ for THAT is pretty… not so Great. If it takes them 2 hours to draw something and they charge something like 15$ an hour. I feel like 50$ should be the max for what they tend to churn out.
30 for the labor/materials used and then about 20 for the actual drawing itself.
Obviously they should figure out a base price before genuinely charging the hourly rate (just cuz you could go as slow as possible and abuse it). Basically estimate “oh this will take me X amount of hours so the price will be ____”
Edit to add a detail here: I’m not saying genuinely charge an hourly rate at all, but for the commission sheet you should already know ON AVERAGE how long your drawings will take you, and make all your prices based on that. You cannot add more to the price just because you took longer than expected.
Now if Puppy decided to do custom characters and would also give the option to draw the characters a few times more than just a simple ref sheet, THEN I could see charging 100$. But that is entirely Depending on the amount of art the person would be receiving.
People tend to like their characters and they sell pretty damn fast so that option could be the best bet to earn the most money.
Personally, I wouldnt even pay 15$ for her ugly ass garbage art. Theres 15 year old artists offering full body commissions for like 10$ and their work is 10 times better than Autumns.
And I didn't saw this mentioned earlier when she posted her characters from Devil Eater (The nun and the bootleg wendigo)
She said that those are the main characters of her comic but if you go to the profile of her comic you will not find anything related to that demonic deer thing and how she's been showing her comic you will believe that the main character is the one that is in the front of her cover, not the one that is in the back and one that is not even presented
Of course this have an easy answer, she already made porn of those 2 characters so they must be the main characters because they are fap material
