I have a bunch of mutuals that have seen the Mysta/Vox face reveals and they said they don't really care/it doesn't affect their viewing experience whatsoever.
And from what I've seen time and time again, there's definitely a stark difference between how hardcore east asian fujos vs western sjw fujos handle face leaks - the former going absolutely batshit menhera because their hot parasocial anime boy isn't hot irl and the latter pretending that they either don't care/they accept them even if they were the ugliest motherfuckers you've ever laid eyes on. There'll definitely be people that'll be swayed, but for the majority the fujo resolve is impenetrable.

Key phrase being 'most of'. Some people show no symptoms, some people show symptoms for two weeks, others battle with symptoms for months.

It's nothing to really do with immune systems, either. Some people are just unlucky.
