1. AWACS (E-3 TF33 reg. LX-N90459 / NATO01) on station, still next to the Belarus and Ukraine borders. Yesterday there was a southward push to the west of Kiev. The distance is approximately 450 km. The E-3C can detect low-flying aircraft over at least 400 km, so it's likely that they're feeding air targets directly to Kievan defenders; left the station at 19:31 CET.
2. Cargo from Ramstein to Bucarest (C-17A reg. 08-8190).
3. AWACS on station over France (E-3CF reg. 202 / ROXAN14).
4. US military VIP transport (C-560 reg. 97-00102 / DUKE23) was active on the 7th (Warsaw -> Constanta, Romania -> Prague); the 9th (Prague -> Poznań -> Ramstein); 10th (Ramstein -> Rzeszów [aid and ordnance go by road to Przemyśl, which is a refugee hub, then to Lviv/Lwów] -> back to Ramstein); 11th aka today (Ramstein -> Rzeszów -> repeat -> now going back, to Ramstein probably too).
5. SIGINT aircraft (C-12 Huron reg. 91-00516 / YANK03) on station in Lithuania, very likely due to the Kaliningrad jamming activity.
6. JSTARS (E-8C reg. 95-0121 / REDEYE6) going back to Ramstein. It left the station on the Belarussian border at 18:01 CET.

I just want to point out that Ken Alibek, head of the Soviet bioweapons program from 1975-1991 before he defected lives in Northeast Ohio and is part of a company in Solon called Locus Fermentation Solutions. Putin is doing this because he didn't expect so many Republicans in the US to suddenly turn on him. He thought "lol Nazis" would be adequate. However, his invasion has gotten the Republicans' old Cold War conditioning to override all the softening on Russia that happened under Trump. He didn't want to bring out the plan B with bioweapons because it's much more likely to devolve into nuclear war. But he's doing it. China is helping him because big tech learned how to counter Russian disinfo campaigns, but were clueless about the more subtle Chinese ones.

This whole Bioweapons thing is bullshit and reeks of QAnon, but I have no way to disprove it. Nobody does.

2. Get the CIA to make deals with some rich Russians that are getting squeezed by sanctions to make some choice donations to get some of their shit unfreezed, do it Steele dossier style.
