Not really. Now he doesn't have to pay Hardin for expensive hearings. Judge will rule on stuff already on the docket.

Why would a court date be inconvenient because she's pregnant? It's not like she gets any pre natal doctor appointments. She hasn't had time to get sick pregnant that she plans on squatting it out on the kitchen floor that day. Why des the world stop just because she's pregnant?

I think rules apply the same for women who take good care for their pregnancies and for Mel. Better to wait a while longer than to give her another reason to scream discrimination.

Yes, she claimed her "ecological breastfeeding" was 100% effective against becoming pregnant again.
