I think you guys should just enjoy the surprise of them maybe showing up live next week rather than posting pictures of trees and cross-examining Gura doing a morning stream.

Absolutely. That's been my point downplaying it ever since everyone started their collective rrat that it's happening just because Gura woke up early one day. Anyone paying even the slightest attention this past month and a half can see that most of them aren't particularly thrilled about Holofes. Calli was pretty disappointed about it in a members stream, Kiara's been downplaying any talk about Japan - at one point bypassing talk about a trip Japan entirely as she talked about her planned trip with Reine. The only time she spoke about a Japanese trip excitedly was her hopes to be there by her next Birthday for a live concert. Ina and Ame have both more or less avoided the subject unless some excited Superchat is tossed their way. The only one who seems genuinely excited has been the Shark.
Being excited is fine, but you should be realistic. It's going to happen, but it's probably not going to be next week.

I don’t know enough about Niji to rank the singers but I can tell that Reimu is one of the best.
No favorites because I think I only heard 3 and can’t pick just one. That acapella was phenomenal I’ll say that much, blessed

She has an exceptionally clean voice and it makes me sad that she hides her powerlevel so much by locking her karaokes behind her membership. I used to fall asleep to her acoustic covers years before NijiEN was even a thing.
I get that she's the opposite of a numberfag and genuinely does not seem to care but it would be nice to see her show off that talent of hers more often.
Anyway, the Nina/Elira stream just finished and it was REALLY entertaining. Horrifying topics notwithstanding, them going into detail about their managers' roles and their auditions (with Nina even showing her Nicki Minaj rap she did last July to get in) was super interesting to hear about.
It seeeeeeeems that Nina is angling to get some form of NA off-collab off the ground as well. Jury's out on how that'll turn out.
Pomu also premiered a prerecorded Minecraft stream to tide fans over while she works on a project until the 15th.

Naki is legitimately knowledgeable about all things weeb-related, and seems like a hardcore Vtuber fan far beyond the typical "keep up with the scene for networking purposes" type.
At/near debut she was not a great entertainer (dead air, not playing off chat well, etc), but she's improved a lot, and quite quickly too.
That makes sense, especially since Calli was apparently a fan of Boogey Voxx long before they did their collab song together. I can never catch any of their live streams, but they crank out covers like a machine.
IIRC they're a married couple IRL, so that's cute.
Looks like that Yura/Kson collab went well!

I was watching 2 youtube streams + a friend's discord playthrough of Elden Ring and the youtube streams buffered for a few seconds at that point.
If they were in Japan, Kiara wouldn't have shut up about it. Chances are they will record in the US or in Canada.
I was looking at anime figures over at Goodsmile and Nia from Xenoblade Chronicles showed up. Was this made by the same person who designed Enna from Nijisanji?

Nah, Nia and the main XC2 cast are drawn by Masatsugu Saito, who is pretty much only best known for his XC character designs.
Enna was drawn by KT, who seems to have worked on some high profile Gacha games in some capacity.
