A week or so ago my local news ran a segment about the Ukrainian government handing out tens of thousands of AKs to civilians, praising guerrilla fighters who roll up to Russian armor in shitbox Ladas and throw molotovs at them and such. Then the very next segment they brought on some boomer military advisor, who proceeded to say shit like "Russia's goal in Ukraine is the complete destruction of the civilian population" and then spent about ten minutes explaining how the Russian military returning fire at the civvies who attempt to kill them is the beginning of a genocide.

I don't know the source of the claim and am not going to reread the thread right now. Talk of Putin having lost his mind have made rounds in western media though early on and probably continue which is the same schtick they did with Putin's best friend, Trump.

Ukraine has had an unlimited line to US and EU funbucks the desire for which was the pretext for the coup. The capital escape I've mentioned myself as most young Ukrainians either work abroad or live abroad and send remittances back, this includes working from both the EU and in Russia. Both being in a war and the total mismanagement of the retards in Kiev result in this and bombing hicks in the region while bankrolled heavily by the US does not excuse the failure to even reach the heights that Yanukovych, a Russian sockpuppet who built his own lavish palace, managed to. Crimea is even more laughable as a reason why the colonial government has failed to benefit anyone there considering Ukraine's sole contribution to it was to dam its access to water and there's been zero wartime action there.

They might be spiteful but they can't meaningfully do shit except fire nukes and even the most alcohol-addled vatnik is cognizant enough to realize that if they do that, Russia will cease to exist. The West has technology for intercepting at the minimum SOME nukes and mitigating the damage, Russia has none.

And perhaps I'm not quite that psychopathic just yet but I don't think rooting for Russia to start gassing or nuking people because I hate having trannies on TV is a nice trade-off. I'll take the trannies personally and get rid of them some other way that doesn't involve endorsing another flavor of globohomo.
