I can see an argument for that, but I personally wouldn't do that. Doing so would thin out reserves pretty substantially, and if the Ukies did launch a counter-attack beyond just reoccupying lightly garrisoned areas, you'd be running the risk of them getting a real strategic win that could keep them in the war a lot longer. Personally, I think they really need to close out Severodonetsk that way the DPR and LPR are free to make a steady push towards Dnipro which might cause them to abandon operations in the southeast.
They shouldn't spread themselves too thin, but they can't keep themselves up with taking the cities (depending how it goes ofc), if they don't want all sorts of shit delivered to Ukraine. I would think the Russian generals know if they can extend further or not.

Apparently I saw this on /pol/ recently, Russian tanks using the commie flag.

How fucking deluded can Joe Biden be? Holy shit.
He apparently plans to bully China, India and Pakistan lol.

All three would carry nuclear warheads.

These people are deliberately gathering in front of police forces in the middle of Moscow. With camera crews and shit.

It's not like they are getting gulag'd.
Gonna sign some papers and get a lecture. Possibly a fine. And a life-long ban for them and their relatives from having a job in governmental structures.
Nothing but a big waste of time.
Honestly it might just be a publicity stunt that the cops are in on? Seriously though it's ludicrous how ignorant the average Burgerstani is about modern Russia. Especially legal and governmental issues. We left the Cold War, but the Cold War never left them.
I've never played a game of Missile Command that didn't end with all my cities being destroyed.
It's a feat like hitting a bullet with a bullet. As much as I like the idea of an SDI defense for my country, just in case, it's not the most feasible idea technologically speaking. At least not right now. I know that Israel has lasers for shooting down Palestinian rockets but those are mostly dumb-fire homemade junk that probably doesn't even land properly enough to detonate.

Now imagine one of these Israeli laser trucks versus like a hundred MIRV warheads.

Back in the Cold War it was very common for Southern troops to put Confederate flags everywhere. I think in WW2 some Marines raised the Stars and Bars over Iwo Jima before the Stars and Stripes.
Now our faggot military will punish you for even having a flag like it in your own room.

Also if they really airstriked that place to stop weapons flow and wiped out a bunch of "volunteers", that's not collateral damage, that's awesome.

On a local plebbit I found these NPC programming instructions:

Here's the narrative, folx
At a point, the people who believe the media do so because they want to. Not because they think it's right, even though they convince themselves of it, but because they are unwilling, for one reason or another, to contemplate that it is wrong. They watch it not to be informed but to hear the newly minted excuses with which they can align their conscience as they do what they already were inclined to do.

 maybe, but a war between russia and USA wouldn't be fought with troops, it would be fought with nukes
I wonder how China and Iran will interpret their treaty obligations via the Shanghai Cooperation Association in regards to a US War with Russia. In the past I've had people point out that Germany didn't have to declare war on the US in World War II due to their treaty with Japan, but they decided to support their fellow Axis member anyway.

I wonder have the "destroy Russia now" Redditors done an in depth exploration of this topic? (I also wonder if they've even heard of the Shanghai Cooperation Association, sometimes referred to as the Shanghai Pact.)

> Lasers against MIRVs
Maybe with Project Excalibur

You need to get the warheads in the upper atmosphere or it will be too late.
And these probably have nuclear warheads too (at least some have, low yield), it's the only way to be sure.

It's not even nuclear warheads. India and China individually have more economic potential than all of Europe combined. They also distrust the US and can cripple it in a tit-fot-tat economic slap-fight overnight. Worse yet the US has no huge influence outside The West, not even in the Middle East anymore. They are behaving as erratically as Putin because suddenly they realised that their own brand of globohomo is dying. It's literally geriatrics coping seething and dilating all over the world rn.

We did it, Reddit! We experienced real combat!

The only way to stop a bad guy with a nuke...is with a GOOD GUY WITH A NUKE!
Also the contractor guy repeated a funny joke: McDonalds and CNN are pulling out of Russia. Now the Russians are healthier and more informed
It's funny because it's true. On the other side of the world, old Soviet jokes are becoming American reality.

A woman walking in the street is carrying a bag full of rolls of toilet paper.
A passer-by opens his mouth, "Hey, mother, where did you buy it?"
"Buy? Are you crazy? Where could I buy it nowadays? They are five years old. I am taking them back from the cleaners."

China has been building out its economy, it has markets all over the world. Losing America would be a big blow, but America losing China would be society ending. No hyperbole, the society that comes out the other side in America would be much different.
Where's the problem? Fuck this society. Zero tolerance for helping evil hitler russians, guess we have to cut you off now China!

The other side of this particular coin is that the Ukrainian Army tends to be immobile and follows a stand-and-fight strategy in alot of places. They don't move. They don't really go on the offensive. They just stay exactly where they are no matter what the Russians do.
The Russians are very much in danger of spreading themselves too thin and putting too many Ukrainian Army units behind their lines. But on the other hand, forcing the Ukrainians to defend every single point and cutting off roads behind them will allow the Russians to eventually concentrate their forces at points of their own choosing where the Ukrainians will find it difficult to move at all.
Its also good to keep in mind though that historically wars in Ukraine have been more like naval battles conducted in a giant sea of grass than stand-up warfare. The nature of the area makes solid front lines difficult to impossible. Its always more about maneuver.
The campaign that the Russians have to look at closely is from the Polish-Soviet war of 1920. The Soviets got to within striking distance of Warsaw and were knocking the Polish army to pieces. But then the Soviets got outmanuvered and everything fell apart.

It happened in Iraq too. But it can't happen anymore.

The Biden Administration is schizophrenic.
>hurr let's go for green energy but then fuck our own energy independence because long term planning is for faggots lmao
>hurr let's destroy plans to expand oil production and then take a diplomatically aggressive standing against the people who would be exporting to us
>hurr let's reverse all the progress in splitting away from China and simp for their concentration camps but then threaten them economically as though we have the manufacturing base of the cold war era

From what I've heard, cheap manufacturing has been moving away from China anyways as their middle class expands and their population demographics teeter dangerously towards having a huge surplus of old fucks instead of workers spenders and earners, but there's no reason to rush shit, especially when even a blind person can see this gas price shit having knock on effects for the cost of transportation, and everything, in the midst of an economic recession from coof shit.

I just look at what they do and scratch my head as to what the hell the overall plan is besides to cause economic distress, print money we don't have, and move wealth from the middle class and poor to the corporate.

Again I'm not an expert on anything at all, but to loop this back around to the Ukraine Invasion, this really isn't a wise time to try and swing our dicks around like nobody can touch us, and no time at all to start financially supporting a war.

China has also spread a lot more bribes around the US, including of government officials than Russia has. This is one of the reasons why I'm worried China will underestimate how bad invading Taiwan will be for them, I suspect they really do not expect the US to act.
Shit dude, I barely suspect we would act (we would, at least right now, but how much and for how long, especially considering China's nukes, is a big unknown).

The current administration seems to be too preoccupied trying to woke-ify the military so they no longer consider it a potential threat to their power - enlisted being traditionally made up of ~75% conservatives-leaning folks. They won't come out and say it, but they're terrified that if shit comes down to both "sides" claiming constitutional legitimacy/defense of the constitution that the military will overwhelmingly back the conservative side (since the constitution is what our soldiers swear their oath to).

Yeah, there was one on invasion day doing it for the presumed meme. Don't have the photo on hand, so I couldn't tell you if it's the same crew.
