There’s a segment where his haters come on the show. He calls them haters and ‘hears them out’ which last week was just him getting the least right wing right winger to mollycoddle him with mild constructive criticism. I think he actually got f-ed in the A by this one because the fan worded it as if he would just hit him with some paddling but ended up going raw. So fair play for using unscripted callers.

Like many fans, this guy knew Ethan is desperate to suck Hasan’s dick and didn’t have a very good argument for his shaky political beliefs, H3 introduces it as “John used to be a fan of me during Hugh Mungus days and now I drive him crazy because I’ve gone too far in the other direction “with cockiness. Then the rage comes out to try and drown out what everyone really thinks manifested in the caller.

Ethan starts screaming and ‘sperging when he realises Jordan Peterson is brought up knowing that he did it while stuffing his fat face and making tweets. And now he has to hold his own, face to face with a genuine right winger he doesn’t have his army of zoomer troons and so tries to scream incoherently. I think the caller was perfectly rational, saying most fans knew it was okay to criticise Jordan Peterson but Ethan’s strawman was a terribly disguised kind of faggotry and was disingenuous considering his patterns. And even when Dan brings up the tweet he says “okay I don’t remember I may have said something”

He didn’t quite have a full meltdown unfortunately but the hate must be in Ethan’s peripheral considering last weeks show too. Ethan’s face dropping was the best thing, you can see his heart break at being called a lazy thrifter and he also was riled when the arguing ends. Clearly trying to say ‘get a load of that caller’ when really it demonstrates his old fans have a point it isn’t just ‘they’re not advancing’ (the avoidance Ethan uses) it’s more that Ethan has no identity or honour. Props to that guy, he stood for whoever gets censored on reddit, great to watch the big L being dished to Schlomo.

He’s branched into tiktok recently. The way Ethan fools new viewers into looking smart gives me respect for his social media team. Godlike how they do all that editing to dig out parts of the show when he can form a human sentence instead of “DID HE DEFENT THIS, THAT MEANS HE IS PERSON/GROUP X”

It's so painful to listen to, both sides of it. The caller needed to provide an example so Ethan could get the point through his thick skull. In example, he's talking about Justin Trudeau saying he banned conversion therapy. Ethan uses this as a jab to insist the caller is 'triggered' by his statement against conversion therapy. All the dude needs to say is something like "This would be the same thing as if Trudeau said 'we have banned people from throwing their babies out of windows!' - sure, nobody wants baby's thrown out of windows, but it wasn't a real issue to begin with. Hence Peterson calling it moral grandstanding. They go on and on and ON about this while Ethan gets angrier and angrier on his pedestal. I mean literally 20 minutes on this same point, feel free to watch for yourself.

I was excited for some more "Ethan confronts the fact that people can reasonably have different opinions than his own," only to find that "it's so painful to listen to" was not an exaggeration.

Things the caller could have said to make his point mildly comprehensible:
  • Trudeau makes promises and passes legislation all the time, and it never goes anywhere. He says conversion therapy is illegal now but he doesn't have a way to enforce it. This is classic Trudeau, and it does nothing for gay Canadians. That's Peterson's point (it probably isn't Peterson's point mind you, but it's the point of any reasonable person who isn't addicted to tranquilizers).
  • Just because Jordan Peterson objected to Trudeau's comments doesn't make him pro-conversion therapy, which you accused him of being numerous times. Canada's a liberal country, most Canadians don't like conversion therapy. You're taking this as an opportunity to cast all conservatives as bigots, and I take issue with that.
  • Ethan, you are fat and I would not have sex with you.
Instead he and Ethan scream about a Jordan Peterson baitpost like two retards performing a Maori haka dance. Imagine being so cucked that after that call, you can hang up and still say "I'm a huge fan, thanks so much for the podcast." Imagine being so cucked that you'd be grateful for that caller's viewership, because your show is dying and you're running out of options.

The subreddit agrees that the caller is stupid. They're a little less tactful about it, though.

I have not been able to watch the show for the past weeks to summarize as things have been. . . hectic. I think most other users have summarized events better than I can right now.

But the last show I watched, H3TV 24, Ethan was already sick back then. One of the crew members, Cam (Cameron) tested positive for the Covid so everyone but Dan the producer was in the studio with Ethan, and they were doing the show via zoom. Ethan was in isolation in the basement without taking any showers for over a week because he was worried he would have Covid and infect the baby, Bruce, because Bruce has only one functioning kidney. . . Which they knew about during the pregnancy but continued with it anyway.

Ethan was not Covid positive, just sick. . . But who knows this time.
