Some of my friends are getting on my nerves, they have found new life purpose in helping out (driving to the border, picking up people from Ukrainian border and driving them to the cities in poland, donating stuff, my one friend just bought a campervan specifically to give Ukrainian family a place to sleep).

Now this is all good and shows great empathy (albeit not completely selfless because a lot of the pictures and videos showing their activism get posted on their social media accounts, so yeah a bit self serving) BUT we are about have a very serious humanitarian crisis.

Where is EU? Where is Frontex? Where is UNICEF? They need to get their fucking shit together and start getting some of these people transported elsewhere.

Warsaw can't cope for much longer and soon we will have thousands of people including children sleeping and shitting on the streets.
Yeah I remember some stuff about distributing migrant across tbe eu to better handle them.
Some nations were pretty against it tho, wonder which ones

The Catholic church has been corrupted by Satan and it shows in the architecture.

The vatican auditorium literally looks like a serpent's head and the Pope speaks from within its mouth. No, I won't take my meds.
At least the Mormon church still has nice architecture, even if it does look like LotR shit. If only they didn't have a bunch of faggots like Romney in their weirdo church.

While I do agree competing world powers need to exist I very much enjoy living in the one where I actually do have relatively free speech.
how free is it really though
the cops and courts wont convict you of anything for tweeting your mind, but they are not the only power structure anymore, much of civil society is controlled by other power structures that are more informal and less explicit than the state legal system, but they are much less permissive.
like, technically you aren't violating any laws with your speech, but it can still get you witch-hunted online, smeared, slandered, fired from your job and blacklisted from your industry. this can cause much more severe damage to your life than many criminal punishments - like, getting fined or put on probation doesn't impact your life as hard as getting cancelled.

people say "freedom of speech isn't freedom from consequences" but by that logic the chinaman also has perfect freedom of speech, he is perfectly free to call xi a moron all day, he just has to deal with the consequences afterwards (getting jailed)

It's not racism and genocide when we do it, bigot!

If someone drops an atomic bomb on Reddit HQ, I wouldn't mind a plurality of social media prostitutes being somewhere near the center of the blast.
No need, the redditards will rope themselves if the site goes fuckywucky.

How relative though? It seems like as long as you don't say bad shit about the CCP in China, everything else is fair game.

Yeah, except for the restricted internet access, no freedom of religion, Orwellian levels of surveillance, no gun ownership, and all that other stuff, it's not really so bad. Basically just America with smaller eyes and stomachs, right?
No fucking thanks bugman. I'd rather be yelled at by teenagers for using the wrong pronouns while packing a piece than be thrown into a prison to farm World of Warcraft gold for comparing the glorious leader to a cartoon bear and only being allowed to see 50 party-approved films with content edited to be more "sensible."

Why do you think China is somehow better about this? Do you think all those cultural pressures go away because bugmen have no emotions? They're as, if not more, conservative about what you say online than the rest of the world. China and Asian cultures hold conformity, obedience, and tradition higher than any other fucking part of the globe. The stereotype of strict Asian parentage didn't just come from nowhere.
Yes, there are pretty much no woke police or shit in China haranguing people about using correct pronouns, instead they take a microscope to all your online activity no matter how well you try to hide your tracks. It's literally the same shit PLUS the government jumps up your ass about it too.

I ask this every few days, but I'm going to ask again, because I'm still deebly goncerned.

What are the current odds of nuclear war in the near future?
Miniscule.
I'd elaborate more but I need to get some shit done so the summary is that the big red button is something that everybody will hover their finger over to look threatening with but everybody knows if they actually push it will absolutely not be worth it for anybody.
Not that that keeps anybody from shaking them around, but I firmly believe any disasters will be idiocy with the economy and relations rather than throwing bombs anywhere but the designated autism pit.

Ukraine is using models for coomer bait and Russia is using anime girls. Slavs have taken the 2d vs 3d fight to new levels.
>Russians will inevitably bomb Paris if they win according to Ukrainian propaganda
>Russians have better waifubait propaganda by going for patrician 2D anime Stacies instead of 3DPD

I'm trying to stay as neutral and impartial as possible, but the Internet is trying its hardest to make me pro-Russia...

There's some weird shit in the Vatican. Like this giant sculpture that depicts Jesus rising from nuclear hellfire... for some reason.

If you look close Jesus' head looks like a serpent skull

Same as any other day. Near 0. I keep a month of potassium iodide on hand anyway.
The Colosseum in Rome is owned by the Vatican. It's Vatican land. At the Colosseum was a statue of Molech, the Canaanite god of human sacrifice.

It means nothing Goyim. It's just a coincidence. Same as how John Paul II was from a Sabbatean family.

To add my retarded take here, Both globohomo and putin are aware that once you let the nukes out there is no turning back, you're basically destroying humanity, and neither of them want to rule above radioactive ash, in fact, nukes are what stopping this into becoming an ever bigger shitshow than it already is right now. i believe that ww3 won't be fought with nukes, it will be fought with money, and we are already seeing the global effects this conflict has unveiled, the more it drags out the more everyone suffers.

Personally I just enjoy posting pro-Russia stuff just to shit on the Redditors and the invading soyboys we've been getting here but I honestly think it's difficult not to cheer for Russia at this point in time.

And for the record, I hope Vladimir Putin "falls down some stairs" so keep your homophobic bullshit the fuck out of here.

I need to know where Putler stands on Asuka vs. Rei before I can make my choice. We know at least 1 hohol is pro Asuka.

Dare I say it? I actually have a bit of respect for Indians now. #Superpower2030
Wait until about your three hundredth call from Indian head hunters asking for your social security number and birthday. When that moment rolls around you will be fueling the missiles and figuring out your targeting solutions direct to Delhi. Fuck India, and those cretins that live in it. They can shit in their streets right up to the second they die in a nuclear flash. Caste system morons. All they have done better than Africa is normalize and modernize slavery.

How dare you blaspheme my forum, bigot.

Why do you think China is somehow better about this?
i don't, i'm pointing out tha the west isn't much better about this.
in china the state does the surveillance directly, in the west tech corporations do it instead, the end result is similar.
for now the major difference is that the westerners are behind the curve by a couple years, maybe a decade, when it comes to how thorough their monitoring is and how powerful their surveillance capabilities are. but in the long term they will catch up, i am sure of it.

In a humorous piece of news...

dragon_first_1, a Russian livejournal user who has been publishing maps of the frontline in Ukraine has announced that he will stop making Ukraine maps because they were apparently too accurate. "There will be no more maps of hostilities in Ukraine & the DPR/LPR on my blog. Very respectable people (who sit so high up that you can see Magadan from their offices) strongly advised me to stop doing this."

The real question is how come the Kremlin hasn't hired him if he is just too good.

Ah but the consequences are performed "by the people"™. Nevermind if these zealots are doing the bidding of the government and wealthy.
