a bit late and a slight PL but on the topic of Alyssa's Endrocine system and Reproductive organs I have a family member who either had Ovarian Cysts or a benign form of Ovarian Cancer and whatever it was caused fetus sized growths in places that they should not be, after getting them removed she lost something in the double digits in terms of weight. I do not think Alyssa would have them nearly as bad as said family member was on the older side of life and fat so who knows how long they were growing

Why would it be a good thing for her to recover? She's going to keep consuming taxpayer funds and crucial resources that could otherwise go to people who need them. While I get your sentiment, you need to remember the infamous Bike Cuck comic. Honestly adderall will also cause blockage if you dont stay hydrated on it. Ive not heard of nausea but that may be individual people. If I take a pill that causes nausea, a small bite of food stops it so I always took it with food anyway.
