That doesn't seem too far-fetched. Kiev, Mariupol and Kharkov are going to going to take weeks to completely clean out, and they're likely going to have to do the same to Odesa, which is also going to require reinforcing that push with the guys rotating out of Mariupol. After that, it's possible the government will set up a last stand at Lviv, which will require both another siege there as well as at least two other Oblast capitals to open the road that way, assuming they only go to Lviv from Kiev. The reactivated troops are probably wrapping up their refresher courses about now, supplies permitting. For the conscripts, I'd wager it takes about six weeks to go from a civilian to someone who can sit in a bunker, shoot a rifle, and take simple orders, just don't expect initiative out of them, so they'll likely be coming online in time for a Russian drive to the West. If the Belorussians get off their asses and decide to cut off the Polish border, Ukraine's prospects drop sharply, but as it stands there's a lot of war left to fight if the government doesn't fold. Not sure I'd bet on them making it to the Fall mud season, but Summer could be doable.

Mariupol is the main thing I'm basing my armchair general estimate on. The outcome of the battle has been clear since it started but between when Russia started shelling to now when it's clean-up it still took a long time. Even now, when there's no hope of a breakthrough or reinforcements, the fact that the Ukrainians refuse to surrender means a grinding fight that can last up to another week. It'll be the same for all the most entrenched places, see Odessa with Aidar and Kyyyyyv because it's the capitol.
