Kind of cathartic watching something I used to enjoy when I was younger go woke and go broke. Weird to see them constantly doubling down on their preachy bullshit while looking their failure in the face though, assuming they're basically on the chopping block for how far they've fallen.

She had a friends with benefits relationship for years with a roommate before getting with Jack

So her snatch used to work and now it doesn't? 🤔

No, legally, it is rape. Because the woman consented to sex with a condom, and taking the condom off doesn't just expose them to the risk of pregnancy. It also exposes them to the risk of STDs.
I butchered what I meant to say, so I apologize. Yes, rape is still rape, yes, it's still gross and wrong to do. No, I didn't mean to diminish what had happened.

It's a kind of merge
It's a kind of merge

Merge or not, what are the chances that RT gets dropped by Warner and bought by someone else? And if nobody buys them, what is their life expectancy?
The brand itself and SOME of its IP's do hold some value and is therefore worth keeping. The company though will most likely be defunct in 3 years max, but that is my most generous estimate and I am banking even sooner than that.

It will basically undergo a complete re-branding and re-organization.

Ray’s vod of him reacting to his old content had more views in one month than any other achievement hunter video or let’s play video.in the same amount of time

Real shame that he left the company, because it's almost like he's focusing on doing content that fans enjoy without him being a fucking knobhead and telling fans to fuck off with their bigotry.

That's cool Ray, now do a reaction video of Mica making your former boss verbally cut his own dick off.

Has anyone here even managed to watch that whole Honest Discussion video? Anything else really mock-worthy?

All this talk about being sold, rebranded or restructured are a bit too optimistic. Sure, it's predictable, but considering they're still afloat despite their failures and decline. I'll believe it when it happens.
Are they afloat or are they floating off of daddy's money?

They haven't been afloat in years. They are a moneysink for their owners and have been shopped around for buyers multiple times and no one is buying. The merger with Discovery though means that everything is now under the microscope and shit that's not working is getting radically changed or removed.

Imagine they convince Comcast to buy them, so the brand is merged into "G4"

I've lost track of the amount of times RT has changed hands. I kind of feel like there is a board of directors looking at RT saying: "Well our idea didn't work, let's see how much we can sell it for. Comcast, you had an idea for RT, would you like to have them? 50% discount!"

Though seriously, I think their value as an asset is diminishing faster than a new car. The whole woke thing isn't working and I believe that companies are starting to realize that it is more of a risk than it is a "good business decision" to introduce wokeness.

Unless you're a massive corporation that has great HR and damage control, doing diversity hire and pursuing a woke agenda, even not fulltime, is a great risk. If you can't treat your employees equally and you're in it just for the clout and Hollywood fame (Mica and Levar for example), you're just going to eat shit.
Then again in this thread there's more than one example of diversity token hires that backfired hard on them.

At this point, there's almost nothing that can be done to even hope to right the ship. The demand is almost non existent. What does RT have that isn't done better elsewhere? The closest you get is DB and that relies on whether you value DB's production value over the verdicts, and maybe the crossover of the personalities, though that has practically disappeared since they became openly woke.

They especially don't help themselves by having shit tons of competition inside the company. They have far too many podcasts, many of which shared hosts, multiple groups dedicated to playing games and both ah and FH decided to do series on board games around the same time.
