Anyway, that comment has since been removed, but there is a surviving comment with some discussion happening here starting with this guy.
This comment is basically asking Fubuki to separate the monetised chat from the stream as they note that 'If you have to retire because of this it would be a shame'. The comments underneath are all in agreement.
I took a look at the person's subscribed list (which you guys can also do) to see if it was a false-flagger and he is subscribed to basically everyone in Hololive and a good chunk of HoloEN-exclusive clip channels.

She seems (or seemed, I guess?) terminally incapable of engaging with streaming in a way that doesn't feel like she's just trying to run out the clock or fill time.
I also feel like she struggles with integrating herself without doing so entirely on her own terms. She often misses or half asses her interactions with other members in events except for those she organizes herself.
I think this creates a weird feeling where the English branch has to accommodate two parallel cultures. One for everyone besides her, and another for situations that include her.
I don't like her rapping at all either, so that probably doesn't help to make up for any of the above like it might for others.

Personal experience from someone who's joined art contests before, both by corpos and by individuals, I've never heard of organizers/hosts having to explain why someone's entry's disqualified. It's pretty standard for them to just let you know your entry isn't fit for the competition or it's guidelines but nothing else aside from that, it's always under the host's discretion. Demanding someone give you critique/a reason just seems entitled.
That said, it is unprofessional how this was handled but I understand why Saruei would get annoyed and just give up trying to explain to people, especially with people adding unnecessary stuff like saying it's for "free art" when there's literally a prize pool.

I've read the screen shots with the mod's conversation a bunch of times and I don't see them being toxic like everyone is claiming. Also they are seething because the mod call someone a retard in VC. The only time calling someone a retard would be a slur is if they are actually developmentally delayed. Which I guess her fan base is proving themself are now.

For some reason I can't post pictures right now, but this torrent might make more sense for some people for the time being: it has all of Rushia's membership-only vods, as well as all of her Community and Member posts saved in an html file. It's only 109 Gb and has 19 seeders, so it won't take until next year to download.

I'm probably biased, being a brit, but yes, it's very cunty and the french just sound like this all the time.
The germans speaking english are "to the point", but you understand where they're coming from, french speaking english is also very "to the point" but it comes off as incredibly targeted and abusive to the person they're talking to due to the inflections. And that's carried over to twitter.
The mod was being a prick. BUT, if they are 100% sure that art was traced, they are in fact justified to be a prick when the tracer drops in DM's and asks to speak to Saruei directly.
The statement should have been more vague and read "your art did not meet the requirements and/or follow the guidelines, better luck next time" and blocked the DM. But instead was "the face is fucked up and you traced the gun wrong, lol" (they actually used the word lol...lol)
