No matter, Bunny Gif takes the curve ball and is seemingly content with the first strike, likely under the advise of her management team. Our thot pitcher is than switched out for LaynaLazar. Apparently she is also a vTuber on Twitch? No matter, the information this lass drops is a complete drama dump worthy of it's own thread:

TLDR on the tweets/evidence:
>Layna and Bunny make a business deal to produce a figurine of Bunny
>Layna upholds her end of the deal by working on the design and production of the figurine, making any changes that Bunny wants (there were many)
>Bunny does not hold up her end of the bargain by promoting the figurine and creating a cosplay to go with it
>During their time working together Layna is invited into Bunny's cosplay circles and she notices Bunny being the big bitch of the pond, typical woman animosity like passive aggressiveness and privately trying to get peoples' friends to turn on them
>Layna eventually decides to stand up for someone (Jenna Lynn) against Bunny and incurs Bunny's wrath
>Bunny goes around to everyone Layna knows and tries to sell them lies about her about how Layna and her business scammed her
>Layna can't take the stress and cancels the figurine project altogether, taking on $20k in debt to refund preorders (still paying to this day)
>Takes a year off of streaming to let things cool down while also pumping freelance work to pay off the debt
>Eventually comes back as a vtuber out of fear of showing her face on the Internet due to the belief that many people have been turned against her during her absence
>She was right, Bunny had continued to groom people while she was gone
>And now that Layna was a vtuber, Bunny began grooming that community as well, contacting anyone who interacted with Layna and getting them to cut ties
>Bahroo has been doing the same
>It still continues to this day
I like Bunny, so I was curious how this evidence stands up to scrutiny. Lemme post some choice details vs the timeline you posted above. Also, there's no fucking organization or timeline on how to read this information, so it's just a jumbled fucking mess.
>Layna and Bunny make a business deal to produce a figurine of Bunny
So the below conversation I assume is between Layna, Bunny, and a 3rd person Jon. Jon appears to be "Jon Troy", a man referred to as just Troy later in more documents. (Images FirstInteraction_01-04). First Issue. Bunny asks for a contract, and Jon replies "we typically haven't ever worked with 'contracts', more like an email statement dictating what our role is and what your role is we both agree to that". Okay then.

Top person is Bunny. Second is the Jon guy I mentioned. Nothing else of real import is shown in that particular conversation. But then the 'email agreement' is sent. Here's that:
You don't pay for anything at all - ever. We accept all the risk and pay for all the production. Well hello there single most important line of the entire document, how do you do?
The other important line of this email, however, is "Regarding the production of the figure itself, we need to ask- is this figure something that we are going to be able to sell on our store, or is this something you are wanting us to produce and you sell on your own (i.e. we ship all the figures to you)." This is important as it eventually becomes one of the major stated reasons why they end the figure deal.
>Layna upholds her end of the deal by working on the design and production of the figurine, making any changes that Bunny wants (there were many)
There isn't a single shred of evidence provided in this dump that gives details either for or against this statement. Absolutely zero communications between Layna and Bunny showing any specs or changes to the supposed statue. The only thing that can really be said is that the original deal shown above was set up Nov. 6 2017, and the deal was ended Feb. 9 2020. Over 2+ damn years later.
On top of that, Layna's Artstation post on this project currently shows the post regarding it as 4 years old. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Qe4rx - https://archive.ph/6DLpU
In it, she posted both "We worked together to decide on a theme after Slug came up with TONS of wonderful ideas!" as well as "The public voted for Idol Bun and that's what we went forward with! " It's cut off in the archive, so here's a screenshot:
Based on the timetables above, that means original sketching to final 3D render of the statue took about 4 months, as it would have to fall between Nov 6 2017 and March 17 2018, 4 years ago today. And this includes the supposed numerous revisions mentioned by Bunny.
However, Layna also posted "She will be a 10inch tall fully hand painted kit, which ships out second quarter of 2019." So all of the 'work' Bunny wanted her to do took place within at most 4 months, whereas the figure makers couldn't actually produce the damn thing for over a year. Well okay then.
>Bunny does not hold up her end of the bargain by promoting the figurine and creating a cosplay to go with it
This is based on the images named BunnyExcuses_01-05. I'll go image by image to be sure:
Images 1 & 2 ) Sending Bunny promo images to post. Sent to both her Discord and directly to messenger. Happened during Bunny moving so she put it off (reasonable) (No dates for those messages)
Image 3) I assume a continuation of the above, but can't be sure. Layna asks about Bunny deleting previous images of the Statue. Bunny mentions the Instagram algorithm fucking the engagement on the first posting so she deleted them. From my understanding of the IG system based on input from friends, if it is something you care about promoting, it is better to retry posting something to workshop a good post, rather than to let the post age out. (June 5, 2018 )
Image 4) Absolutely no context about what's being discussed. All we know is Layna seemed sympathetic to something, and Bunny had her period around May 18th, 2018. The date of the image.
Image 5) Bunny discussing doing promotional shoots for the figure. Layna expressing the project is behind. Date of image is August 20th, 2019.
There's fucking nothing to go on here. Even if we're charitable, there's a year plus gap in the images, with no context of anything that Bunny may have done in the time between to spur on more orders.
I also found Bunny did make a post about it twice on her Tumblr page.
On top of that, Layna omitted another fucking detail. Here's the OG Facebook post finally announcing the pre-orders: https://www.facebook.com/ihaztoys/p...our-18th-scale-bunny-ayumi-/1720279291387320/ - https://archive.ph/NI1RW
That was posted June 3rd, 2018. So three months between the artstation post and initial preorder announcement. And two days later, she's bugging Bunny about promotion for a figure that won't even be produced until the next year.
ON TOP OF THAT! A comment in the post even asks about pre-orders, and the manufacturers say they've sold out!
Checking the wayback machine for the sales for the figures we find this:
http://web.archive.org/web/20190515135208/https://ihaztoys.com/products/bunny-ayumi-painted - Painted figure sold out by May 2019
http://web.archive.org/web/20190515121513/https://ihaztoys.com/products/bunny-ayumi-unpainted - Cheaper unpainted version still available by May 2019
Considering that there's a receipt for money transferred to Bunny RE: Pre-order sales on July 10th, it's probably safe to assume they sold a sizable amount pretty damn fast.
RE: Creating a cosplay to match the figure - There's no photos/emails or anything regarding this I can find. There's notes about promotional photos to go with the statue sales, but that theoretically doesn't have to get done til the statues were ready to ship. If it's anything like the Susu statue before, then they were only included with the 'collectors' edition of the statue.
Layna's exact word are "During those end months of working on the sculpt and bringing it forward to production, I was often asked to be in calls to hang out, and invited to a cosplayer group under the name of "Cherry Bombs". I'm not a cosplayer, so I was always the guy on the sidelines keeping to myself."
So this part is the most interesting, relating to the images labeled CHERRYBOMBS_01-19. What I see with some names I recognize in the conversations is people that are not just cosplayers, but also Twitch streamers. Most likely, it was a group created by Bunny with the intention of banding together for retweeting each others stuff to cross promote each other.
Images 1-4) [No dates attached] The post that predicates the conversation is missing, but based on what Susu says in image 4 it's probably something along the lines of asking for additional help in retweets/cross promotion as she was trying to get off Patreon to fully move to Twitch. Bunny asks Jenna to be sure to retweet Susu, and then she'll retweet Jenna back. This creates a dialog back and forth about and is generally pretty cordial.
A very important bit of dialog is in image 3 however. Bunny says "That's just how it's been in every group I've been in so I'm sorry if that's wrong". It seems pretty clear that peoples intent for what the group is and is not are at odds, but people seem mostly polite in the dialog. Bunny seems to treat it like business first, but other people 'want to be friends'.
Images 5-18 ) [No dates attached] Look, I'll be honest here. This feels like Layna gets invited to a group, publicly calls out she doesn't agree with the groups purpose, then kicks up a fuss and shits up everything. Not only that, suddenly full dialogs aren't shown, images are cropped to exclude parts of conversations, and some people's names are totally obscured. Bunny even seems to try to de-escalate, but Layna keeps going and riles up Jenna more. There's no date here either so we have no frame of reference to go off of when the last 18 screenshots even came from.
Image 19) Bunny breaking up the group [Oct. 8, 2019.] - No frame of reference between when the previous set of images occurred, and when this took place. Bunny claims she just "doesn't have the time and energy to put into this group". Others post in support, including who I presume is PeachJars, one of the people suddenly accusing Bunny of wrongdoing recently.
>Bunny goes around to everyone Layna knows and tries to sell them lies about her about how Layna and her business scammed her and Detour Time
Let's take a brief detour from Layna's timeline to examine some other documents that don't fall in specific other categories, as well as examine some other names mentioned in the documents.
Photos "ClaimsofNotbeingPaid1-2, and Edited) We have a conversation over Discord between Bunny and some unknown person. Although the name of the document suggests "Bunny Claims she never got paid", some more interesting information to glean from here.
- This is well after the deal was already cancelled, so this talk encompasses everything that occurred (Project cancelled Feb 8 2020, conversation on Aug 31, 2020)
- Bunny claims they were 'taken advantage of financially' - We'll talk about this bit in conjunction with some other screenshots here
- Talks about the Cherrybombs group. As I mentioned above, says "I made a group to help others promote each other, pretty much you only had to post links and RT others in return". So she clearly meant that group as a 'work/influence' group
- Speaks specifically on JennaLynnMeowri, the girl in the previous set of screenshots. Says Jenna would always ask for retweets, but didn't follow up with others and more specifically Susu. That's where Bunny called her out in that conversation above. And as Bunny says "Layna and her (Jenna) went on a crazy rant about how I shouldn't ask for others to get rts back".
Photos "BunnyDefaming_01-06") Another retelling of the Cancellation story with at least 2 other unidentified people, no dates to be found. Screenshots are AGAIN out of order. But some interesting stuff found here
- Again says "my company found that they didn't pay me" "for 2nd launch" "n they were making me pay for lots of things" (Touch on this in a minute)
- "My company got them to agree on a joint statement for canceling it" "before they could have went off and twisted it to be my fault" "I was okay putting her harassment aside for my fans" "they will be refunding my fans but..." "it took so long, they waited to use me" - So pairing this with the above bit, I assume the 'her harassment" is Layna going on the affor mentioned crazy rant.
- "Layna is so pathetic"......"Ten, Shelby, Jenna are all stroking her dick" - So we know who Jenna is, Shelby is brought up with other photos, but who is Ten? Why, it's Tenleid! She was in the Cherrybombs group! More on her later
Photos "ManipulatingShelby_01-02") Nothing really major to be seen here. Just Bunny talking with Shelby while slagging Jenna at he same time. Considering Bunny supposedly had a problem with Jenna at this point, we really can't tell if this is a shared making fun of Jenna or just one sided.
Photos "TheOtherWomen_01-07") Supposedly conversations between Layna and other people. None of the other people are identified
- Layna tells others "Bunny Ayumi got angry for me standing up to her in a public group chat for Jenna, and tried to get me kicked off the figuring project that I sculpted for her" - This bit is really major, but will need some more context that will come up later in the post.
- The proof Layna appears to use with others is a screenshot that says "I left Cherry Bomb after I've been personally harassed by private message, and sadly I know I haven't been the only one". They don't specifically name WHO did the harassment, and none of these supposedly harassing messages have been released that I can see
- An unknown person commented "I was really irked with the Dylan situation They tried to also get me to block Yureta. And the Jenna thing sent me over" - I can't find anything RE: Dylan, However the name Yureta sent me down a giant fucking rabbit hole.
Yureta however turned up an interesting set of tweets. Going to link what I can via the wayback machine
Yureta appears to be another cosplayer who retweeted someone (as best as I can figure given what's been deleted) posting a screenshot of a joke/shitpost tweet between Bunny and Susu making jokes about Shotas

Basically putting what's clearly a shitpost on blast as "Pedophilia". Bunny appeared to handle it as.....well as you could (fuck that entire segment of the anime community personally). Not only that, it appears Bunny's tweets have earned her a thread on ResetEra accusing her of being a Pedophile as well -
https://www.resetera.com/threads/nsfw-so-bunny-ayumi-is-a-pedophile-pedophile-adjacent.238381/
All things considered, if this is the impetus for getting people to "block Yureta" as stated above, I can totally understand it. I wouldn't actually end up posting that shit on Twitter, but you know, I have sense.
As mentioned above, this also seems to involve Tenleid. Those who are familiar with the AniTube community have heard that name, but for those not in the know here's a rundown. TenLeid is basically the anime equivilent of iDubbbz's Onlyfans Ethot. And she's part of a thread elsewhere on the farms primarily focused on her boyfriend Geoff Thew -
https://kiwifarms.net/threads/mothers-basement-geoff-thew.49008/
In addition to all of this, another point of contention for Geoff Thew is his girlfriend, Tenleid.
Tenleid is a Patreon thot who is very obviously using Geoff's massive fanbase to boost her Patreon numbers, in which she has multiple patreon tiers going all the way up to $100 for a "personalized" nude photo-shoot, but you can get standard nudes for as little as $40.
This would usually be pretty funny and embarrassing, if it weren't for the fact that Geoff is perfectly okay with it, if not openly encouraging it.
I'm....starting to see a pattern with the people who are suddenly turning on Bunny.
Finally, the last person we should mention is Susu, the person who's been brought up. Susu, or Swimsuit Succubus, is another cosplayer. She was apparently dating Bunny for some time, but who knows if that was real or not. Might have been just for show. They're apparently not a couple anymore, but while digging I did find this really interesting article.
https://cavemancircus.com/2020/05/18/swimsuitsuccubus/ -
https://archive.ph/Wm4LF
According to the article, Bunny supposedly announced their breakup on February 9th, 2020. Hm, interesting date. I wonder what might have caused that.
>Bunny's boyfriend OGTexas tries to 'rip Layna off the project not allowing further contact' - Not in the timeline above, but should be brought up. Takes place November 1X, 2019. Can't find the date.
Images OGTexas_01-02) Appear to be Discord messages between Layna and OGTexas, supposed Bunny's boyfriend at the time, but I assume was acting as a manager at the time. If there's any long part I'd recommend you guys read in full, it's these two photos.
In summary: Layna reached out to OGTexas because OGTexas bypassed Layna in a bunch of business communication. OGTexas Contacted Troy, the other co-owner of the Figure company, and stated he would be more comfortable if they didn't have to communicate directly with Layna anymore because drama has come up between Layna, Bunny, and Susu. They wanted to continue moving foward with the figure but just didn't want to deal with Layna. Layna responded with "Then I am sorry to inform you but you three will not be kicking me out of this". Troy responds we don't want to kick you out, we just don't want to have to communicate with her. And Layna was just having nothing to do with it.
>Layna can't take the stress and cancels the figurine project altogether, taking on $20k in debt to refund preorders (still paying to this day)
Images ENDING-THE-COLLBORATION and _02) Layna shares an email dated.....February 9th, 2020. Huh. How bout that.
Basically a longwinded email saying they don't want to work with Bunny aymore. Some of the more interesting points:
- Because Bunny seemingly didn't want to work with Layna anymore, they determined she "has chosen to distance herself with working with us directly, and that is something that does not fit with the way we operate". They mention the whole "is this something you are wanting us to produce and you sell on your own" that I brought up at the start, and compare what was going on to that scenario.
- They opted to eat the costs, something they said they would do right from the get go. This wasn't some heavy concious bullshit they decided upon later. This was in communication #1, and is something they were absolutely obliged to do because they didn't draw up a contract.
- Bunny gets to keep the money given to her already.
So I'm going to bring together a whole bunch of information regarding the financials at this point. Referring back to the first email. Beyond them saying they would eat the costs, there's also this line "Once the pre-orders begin, we take 100% of the sales to recoup the production costs. one production costs are completely covered, we can split all income from the sales 70/30, that way we can cover the time and costs it took to sculpt and also covers the ongoing administration time & customer service, advertising, and everythign that comes with handling the figure right up until the very last copy is sold. In short, there is absolutely no risk for you and once production costs are covered if the figure is $300USD, for every figure sold you will receive $90USD, paid out monthly. We have shopify reports which we would show you so there is a lot of transparency there".
So let's pull this all together. Layna's company and Bunny agree to this deal and the following occurs:
- They make enough sales they can send Bunny $2123USD the first month. This means they sold enough figures in the first month to cover production costs, and were able to give her the cut from at a minimum of 24 figures worth of profits.
- We're not provided financial information for anymore of the supposed payments that were supposed to happen
- They sold out of the first run of figures, and put up pre-order email alert sign ups on their page rather than saying "Sold Out"
- Bunny, in the above messages, implies they were doing a second run of production/orders. They also implied that suddenly Bunny was being asked to actually front the costs for things.
- Bunny's company supposedly finds they weren't receiving payments that they should have had.
>Nothing else matters because the treatment of Layna post this event is all predicated on how these events actually played out
Anything that happened after this is just fucking uninteresting drama, so figuring out what's going on with all the stuff before I think is the lynchpin. Whether Layna 'deserves' what's happened is based on what I posted above.
My opinion:
This entire thing is a wish sandwich -
There's so many fucking details missing. We're having to take this entire goddamn thing at Layna's face value without any solid damn evidence. As I posted above, there's so many holes where information is missing that could have been shored up by simply adding more details. Even something as simple as the actual sales figures over time would be enough to build Layna's case out better. But otherwise, it's just as easy to pitch almost everything she's shown as typical female centric group backbiting.
My thoughts on the actors involved -
Bunny - Do I think she's an angel? No, absolutely not. She's clearly talking shit about people behind their backs. However, the evidence shows the people she shits on (Jenna and Layna) have given her actual cause for her to rag on them. There's nothing else produced that shows her being some queen bitch like everyone else is alleging. In fact, in most of the shit shown she's straight up cordial. There is just nothing here that can conclusively pin her for all the things Layna is alleging, unless you take everything Layna says at full face value and fill in the many huge holes in the evidence yourself.
Susu - An ex-girlfriend who coincidently happened to have their breakup announced on the exact same day this figure project was officially axed. I can't reasonabley take anything said by her now seriously without hard evidence (which, again, is just not shown). I can't find anything much about her or the breakup (beyond that it occurred), but maybe my google-fu on this is a bit shit.
Layna - My honest opinion? A nice woman with a savior complex who got invited into a group of female creaters, most likely as a friendly gesture on Bunny's behalf, and took it upon herself to 'fix' the culture of the group she got invited into. I honestly think she got straight up manipulated by the other people in the group. Her actions ended up fucking up the dynamic of the group that Bunny created, and most likely created a rift between the two which spilled over into their professional careers. When Bunny wanted to distance their working relationship, she freaked out and denied that believing her actions within Bunny's group was totally justified.
Jenna, TenLeid, VixenShelby, PeachJars, et al - I honest to god lean towards thinking that they are all, collectively or not, the real villains of the story. Most have dubious records online so it's hard to take anything they say seriously that isn't mean girls clique bullshit. These are the people I trust the absolutely least out of this entire ordeal, so the fact they've all jumped onto the situation immediately and retweeted Layna's story, I can't for one second believe them unless some actual hard evidence is produced.
I personally think this is a large group of alpha-bitchs who disliked Bunny, and manipulated the new girl who isn't a part of the cosplay community into being the 'savior' of the rest of them by standing up to big mean Bunny. There's supposedly all these instances of Bunny DM-ing people and being a Queen Bitch,
but no one has released a goddamn thing.
As of now, I'm more likely (at least with Jenna) to believe Bunny that she's a colossal bitch, but was just trying to maintain a working relationship. And with my knowledge of TenLeid and how tied into this group she is, it's hard to take any of them seriously. E-thots man.
Closing thoughts -
For now, it's going to be a waiting game to either see what Bunny says, or if someone else drops more evidence. I sympathize for both Bunny and Layna, cause I think they got pitted against each other by other people within their community, and the fallout has harmed them both. Layna has reason to dislike Bunny for Bunny "grooming people to hate her". But at the same time, Bunny is just as justified disliking Layna because Layna was invited to join a group meant to increase her visibility and improve her streaming numbers, but Layna came in and shit everything up. Then when Bunny tried to professional distance herself from Layna in the fallout, Layna wouldn't check her ego because she felt her actions were justified and rightous in the group. And that caused the entire fiasco to go down.
Bunny 'caused' Layna to go $20,000 in debt.
Layna 'caused' a group Bunny set up to self destruct and ruined numerous business relationships.
But as of now, I think both were manipulated by a mean girl bitch clique that set them both up.
