Yeah. He hit on her badly, sent her flowers, then applied for a job at her firm. He was rejected, and he claimed she was incompetent, and filed a complaint with the Utah Bar Association to try and get her disbarred. She was just gonna brush it off, but then people started contacting her about what a menace he is, and she fought back. We're not sure what happened, but she's still practicing. I suspect she threatened to sue Russ for defamation and harassment if he didn't withdraw the complaint. He's never spoken of her again.

Since he never mentioned her again, I assume she scared him into fucking off. He'd crow nonstop if anything in his favor had come of it, or if the complaint had gotten dismissed, he'd bitch about it. Since he never brought it up again, I assume he was intimidated into withdrawing the complaint and never saying her name again by a lawsuit threat from an actual lawyer who by all accounts from people who aren't Russ is a good one.

That is the more likely option. But he could have found some random instathot who accidently liked his post or accepted his dollar venmo. In that case, he just cuts his losses with the lawfim and moves on

During the run up to Russ's harassment hearing, it came out that multiple Utah law firms were keeping track of Russ's activities. It was speculated(but never prove) that Sky Lazaro's firm was one of the entities monitoring him. It's conceivable that Skordas contacted her for information on our favorite serial harasser.

I’m betting most members of the Utah Bar have some degree of familiarity and wariness concerning Russ. Which might be another reason for his move to Vegas. Lawyers gossip like Whores.

He's like an ugly little defect mole in a whack a mole game. No actual resistance when it comes to the real confrontations and pops up now and then to be a nuisance before he inevitably gets whapped back down where he belongs.

He established that when he sued Farrah Abraham. He found out she wasn't going to be there, just her lawyer, and that she was going to countersue. He folded at once.

See, that's another thing about this greasy spaz I'll never understand because the Arianna Grande judge had the same sidebar conversation with Mr. Skordas about that.

So let's go with Russell's fucktarded logic. Let's say Farrah/Taylor/Arianna/Heidi Klum DID appear in court, and in the same courtroom as him. He still ain't getting close enough to smell any of them.
They're going to have their attorney, a body guard or three, maybe an assistant, maybe even family and/or personal friends in the gallery--all ready to pounce in a New York minute (faster than Petrie Hawkins Byrd).
He ain't getting to dead, fish-eye stare like a reject of Innsmouth while breathing like a sex offender. He'll get told realllll quick to keep his eyes forward and stay on task 'less he gets slammed with contempt charges. He'll also get a not so friendly 30 second rundown of all the shit that will happen if he makes attempts to approach or follow after the case is litigated. But even then, he wouldn't be able to as they'll make damn sure the celeb he's suing is spirited away before he has the chance to pack his awesome drool encrusted evidence back into his HEB plastic bag (much professional!!)

And I don't know if any of these legal professionals has ever really put him on the spot and asked him to define exactly what outcomes he wants since he's always moving the goalposts.
