We’ve seen what tubular breasts look like on Jaron; even with his weight gain, his moobs would still be spread apart and longer than they are round. I would guess he’s actually wearing two bras— a full coverage bra to hoist those suckers up and then some kind of sports bra for extra support over the first one— note his seat belt can’t even rest between them.
I do still wonder if Jaron got some kind of breast augmentation before the 100lb gain and that’s why his distribution is so unusual.

I'm intensely curious about the extreme breast growth. I wonder if it's all gained fat tissue, or if he just keeps growing more breast tissue?
His hormones are all kinds of fucked up. Early on when they were talking breast augmentation, am I misremembering a conversation about adding progesterone? Either way, the hormone blockers, the hormones added, the other medications he's on, etc... I lean toward it being a breast tissue issue, and not exclusively due to weight gain.

I'm thinking weird breast growth related to hormones and antipsychotics, on top of implants. Dudes can get some serious moobs without even taking estradiol. And if he's on Seroquel like some farmers have suggested, that shit causes breast fattening in men. Throw in his diet, implants, and hormones, and you get tube tits.
