Landon Hiscock is an unfortunately named post-op MtF and spinoff of the Kevin Gibes Inflated Universe™ series. Better known by his (self-selected) alias under the spoonerism of "Fanny Traggot," he is referred to as "Fanny," among other less flattering monikers.

While a majority of male-to-female patients who undergo sexual reassignment surgery experience horrific complications, and MtF's in general have an obnoxious online presence, Fanny is the best of both worlds and regularly posts his insane ramblings online amidst his constant complaining of his neovaginal fistula. In other words, the unfortunate double entendre of "Fanny" is as applicable as ever, as his newly constructed neovagina has a tunneling hole into his intestinal tract, causing him to emit gas from it uncontrollably. While such a fate would ordinarily invoke some sympathy, Fanny's insistence on terrorizing his family, hospital staff, and even just random people while still posting his horrific nudes and deranged comments quickly evaporates any pity he would've otherwise elicited.

HELLO, IS "HISCOCK," FIRST NAME "LANDON" AVAILABLE?
Yes, really. Fanny's original name before legally changing it to "Lana Hiscock" was the poorly decided birthname of "Landon Hiscock." Such a cataclysmic error on his parents' behalf has apparently made an incredibly lasting effect, as there are a few quotes from various forms of social media floating around which mention it. Fanny was eager enough to prove this as his original name through a shared fatal flaw inherent from Kevin Gibes, the main star of the original series Fanny came from: his crippling inability to stop oversharing. Apropos of nothing, Fanny saw fit to perform a "power move" of wearing an old high school jacket with his name on it. Researchers are still baffled by the intended effect this action was meant to serve.
According to this interview and Fanny himself, he is a PhD candidate, which makes his various life decisions quite baffling, although this could be excused as his doctorate will be in chemistry instead of basic reasoning. Also as alluded to by the interview, Fanny comes from a wealthy background, reflected in both his education and the sheer amount of money wasted on his transitioning, and he has made claims he, and by extension his family, are highly religious. Furthermore, although it may be a joke, Fanny has made comments which alludes to him using ketamine.
Despite it being highly suggested that his parents' wealth supports him financially, Fanny himself contests the very idea, possibly due to the entirely transparent animosity Fanny holds towards his family, judging by his comments above. He seems to have modeled his transitioning goals off of his biological sister and harbors jealousy towards her over this fact. Unprompted, he was all too willing to cut ties with her because he was not satisfied with her support towards his surgery. Similarly, although all evidence posted by Fanny himself (which, of course, were private conversations his mother probably didn't want Fanny to share) will show his mother appearing quite supportive of him, he inexplicably accuses her of being "emotionally stunted" and apathetic. In regards to both his mother and his sister, Fanny himself has confirmed he is indeed jealous of his sister while implying he is similarly jealous of his mother, while also showing he dislikes his father despite said father being just as supportive.

Before he had fully estranged himself from his family, Fanny had paid for his sexual reassignment surgery utilizing a mixture of his and his family's funds, as evident by the failed GoFundMe he posted in an attempt to pay for the procedure. Not long after his recovery, he posted the results, and Kevin Gibes's reaction drew the attention of his observers onto Fanny. Of note was the extremely unusual shape of Fanny's neovagina, appearing quite gnarled, bloated, and unsettlingly dark and discolored. Many individuals tried to quantify the horrific appearance of Fanny's future intestinal detour through analogy, comparing it to a pig's hoof, the mouth of a spider, or something from their deepest nightmares. On a lighter note, Fanny's transitioning is constantly at odds with his absurdly oversized hands and feet, which are distinctly male features. Even stranger, both pairs bizarrely seem to be of equal size.

Fanny's eagerness to post his surgery results online was a short-lived moment of elation, however. Within days, he had discovered that his neovagina had tore open into his intestinal tract, causing him to flatulate uncontrollably through it.
THE CYCLE OF COPE
This complication is what truly landed Fanny in front of the eyes of his observers. While ordinarily such results from SRS are far from unusual, and MtF's like Fanny being terminal oversharers online are just as common, Fanny is a special combination of both which makes him unceasingly fascinating, like a mystical trainwreck of anger, blood, and flatulence, all starting from his neovaginal fistula.
Quickly after this complication, Fanny contacted his surgeon who simply requested he keep dilating despite having a shredded cavity such an act would exacerbate. Fanny's handling of the whole situation was, stunningly, quite sympathetic, as he expressed great frustration with his current situation and fell into a depressive spiral. This sympathetic quality would not last.
Seeking validation on Twitter, Fanny makes the questionable claim that he cannot afford therapy when it was suggested he do so. While it is entirely possible he may have already completely pushed his family out of his life, he still clearly has the monetary capabilities to do so even without his family's wealth. Given his education and the fact he was able to afford both the surgery and subsequent procedures, his assertion he cannot afford psychiatric aide raises doubt, if his additional admission to having various and expensive cosmetic surgeries including an abdominoplasty lined up in his schedule didn't already. Further investigation reveals that Fanny is unquestionably lying about his inability to afford a mental health professional, in case it wasn't obvious enough, as he has demonstrated he holds open animosity towards therapists.
This is simply a statement which raises a few eyebrows, but is far from a justifiable reason to see Fanny as beneath any pity. It is his subsequent actions which are. The first inklings of this was Fanny's response to his general surgeon when he came in regarding his fistula. Given Fanny's summary of the event, it can be concluded that Fanny's SRS surgeon told the general surgeon to handle it.
Although Fanny's recounting isn't entirely trustworthy, it seems the SRS surgeon claimed the fistula to be an issue with Fanny's colon and not, say, the festering passageway of shredded flesh installed between his legs. When the general surgeon ignored the request, Fanny became enraged over the general surgeon's refusal to pick up the slack. Putting aside that SRS is an extremely experimental procedure which doesn't even follow any unified process, common sense would dictate that any surgeon would refuse to touch the work of another's, especially when they could be held liable if the complication is not corrected. Falling for the charismatic nature of his SRS surgeon, Fanny blames his general surgeon to this day.
Meanwhile, during his actual stay in the hospital, Fanny continued to act in a highly abrasive manner. Continuing to dilate in the patient wards, Fanny raised a stink greater than the gas from his neovagina because he was forced to do so while sharing the room with other patients, with Fanny protesting to the staff and sending out email complaints. During this, he regularly mentions horrifying the nurses while continuing to make sexual comments regarding the scenario. Even when given a private room, he accused the nursing staff as a whole of unfairly discriminating against him. A stunning revelation, he would then share his belief the nurses did not like him. Continuing to show the downright creepy behavior of his supporters, their words of encouragement over this matter are intermitted by sexual suggestions.
Content with abusing the hospital staff, as he laid in the hospital bed, Fanny saw fit to narrate his explorations on Grindr, a gay dating app, despite stating he is currently in an exclusive relationship with an individual he cited as one of his sole sources of emotional support, namely a man as old as Fanny's father at four decades older than him. Naturally, as an aside, Fanny has bragged he had encouraged this man to divorce his wife in favor of Fanny. On Grindr itself, even though the random strangers on the app showered Fanny with encouragement and applauded his actions, Fanny still angrily confronted them, displeased by the apparently lackluster quality of their blind praise. Unsatisfied with simply being abhorrent, Fanny also decides to act just generally stupid by expressing his bemusement that gay men on a gay dating app aren't entirely interested in vaginal intercourse.
Unsatisfied with yelling at random people over the internet in addition to in person, Fanny capped off his hospital visit by just yelling into an ethereal void, blaming the entire concept of cis people for his misfortune and assuring nobody but his enclave of chasers will pretend he is owed an ounce of sympathy. Peppered within were showings of complete insanity, such as stating that trans people were worshiped throughout ancient history and sharing his downright appalling sexual musings including his surgeon showing him the makeshift clitoris on his neovagina and how he allegedly had sex in a psychiatric ward.
With his ranting concluded, so ended Fanny's foray into the hospital. After possibly leaving of his own volition, Fanny has foregone his family, his surgeon, and his own sanity while continuing to allow his neovagina's fistula to spew intestinal gas from his lower torso. Given his obsession with social media, there is little doubt that he will continue to share his self-inflicted misfortunes online into the welcoming arms of his followers, all of which would sooner affirm his delusions and push him to harm himself further before they would ever offer him genuine advice or guidance. Thankfully for his observers, as carry-overs from the KGIU™, they wouldn't have it any other way.
