Aside from the physical resemblance, I guarantee it is his dad because when they lived in my hometown they lived in a house that is provided by the Coast Guard to its workers. There is another reason I have that would indicate it is in fact his father, but it could give away the name of my hometown so I am reluctant to say it. Frankly I have to call into question the notion that they have great wealth because while Coast Guard workers make pretty decent money, it ain't anything special by any means. The region in which Embree is located is the most religious area of the entire province, lots of Pentecosts up that way especially. From Deer Lake to Gander and everything in between, many towns in these areas are full of Pentecostal zealots. Not everyone is like this in these towns of course, but a significant percentage.
