There's something about Umise Yotsuha that gives me really strong Lulu vibes.

She's said that she plans to stream 6 days a week and have her gaming streams be endurance/long-hour ones.

But on top of that, her spaced out way of speaking and getting fixated on tangents feels like she isn't altogether 'there' at any given point. Her main hobby is walking for 5-12 hours a day and getting lost, or getting the train to random places and exploring until she gets lost. She also plays basically every brass instrument, as well as a few traditional Japanese wind instruments, and says she has never played video games aside from a couple of Pokémon releases.

She's just a huge oddball and I love it.

Calli's performance only had a small bit of choreography provided for her during the song's hook, for the rest of the performance she was basically just instructed to wing it and told in her words "just do your rap thing" which probably accounts for a good bit of the awkwardness. and also she's joking about how even though her "official" penlight color is pink, she was happy that even the JP audience thought to instead cheer with red lights for the song Red

I think for the non-JP members, it's basically expected they pre-recorded their performances simply because of latency. But yea, I don't think any JP members have talked about whether it was live or pre-recorded yet. Though that won't stop /vt/ from getting into an absolutely shit flinging fit regarding that debate. Seriously, if you haven't stopped to look at that mess it's hilarious.

choreography was only part of it imo. I general I think it was fine for the most part, just a lot of different parts playing into each other: rap doesn't have the most visually exciting performance usually, it's even worse when alone on a big stage trying to fill it (hence dancers or other stuff for distraction, see last superbowl's halftime show). faster song requires more "action", with a slow song you can just stand around. idol dance in general can only fit it so-so, maybe they should've given her a mic prop.
on top of that was the dress and angle of the face they chose, dress especially. cloth is hard to animate and easy to look off, it wasn't as bad as azki's second model (which is fine from the front and standing still, but pretty bad when moving around or worse from the side), and again that was amplified by the performance itself.

TLDR: should've picked a slower song so no need to move around as much, do a faster one with someone else (crime anyway cloudy sheep wasn't included) who can take care of the idol part.

probably both, anyone ever having to sit through that kind of meeting knows how shit it is, especially when the decision has been pretty much made. the other is just basic pr, "silence is golden" etc, unless it's carefully crafted damage control. half the lolcows on here have threads because they can't understand that.

It is definitely about herself. She's still grieving over her loss. Hopefully acceptance comes soon and she gets help. I don't think she'd drag kson into the muck anyways, that doesn't feel like her style. She's more of the "put the body in the fridge type.
