The vast majority of the time, if you bring anything remotely resembling a harassment complaint requesting a TRO, it's granted and after that has to be served on the respondent. In this case, respondent directly challenged it. It's still usually granted if that happened.

Anyway a TRO goes away very quickly and is just to maintain the status quo and keep the parties apart until next court date, which often must be within some very brief period. What Fatrick seems to have tried for is a harassment restraining order, which requires the fee that he paid.

Anyway usually they'd have had a full hearing at some later time and issued some kind of keep-away order for the time being, but in this case, Fatty didn't even meet the preliminary infinitesimally tiny burden he had to move the burden back to the defense to prove anything. He absolutely failed. He shamed his ancestors and it is raining now because they are crying in Heaven.

Even the ones in Hell are suffering even more to know their descendant fails so badly at even being a villain.

So let's just say he absolutely, utterly failed at the very first step in the process. It would literally be impossible to fail even harder.

That "pat's swollen face" account has already been suspended it seems only 15 minutes after those were sent. Unless it's some nitter error which isn't unlikely.

Sidenote: I love when he includes the child's chide in his response. It's so funny but I'm not sure why.

Not very often, but it isn't very often lunatics like Fatty file one about absolutely nothing remotely illegal or threatening when in fact he's the only one who said anything remotely threatening, when he threatened that dude that he'd physically assault him if he showed up in a place he had every legal right to be.

I am sure they don’t listen to a thing he says, just wallow internally in their personal misery and he takes their general silence as awed respect.
