General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

IMO the 5ch. post is too convenient. First, Rushia posts something not actually incriminating about anyone but herself--Kson wasn't fired so it wasn't even a half-assed attempt at deflecting--and name drops the only person who is known to be actively helping her. She also "accidentally" leaves proof that she was the one that posted it but not her IP address (afaik). The post and the follow up seems specifically engineered to hurt and isolate mikeneko.

Next, let's talk motive. Fes just happened so she's once again seething at Hololive and mafumafu. And I'm supposed to believe the person she targets the person that was also wronged by Hololive that's been trying to help her. Her only potential ally in her crusade and not whoever she thinks bullied her. Right.

But jealousy! Nice, simple, believable, and probably somewhat true. But enough to not be actual friends with Kson? Somehow, mikeneko is simultaneously an emotionally unstable woman-child that can't even be arsed to pretend to get along with senpais (last collab on her channel is with Korone on Nov. 9) and is capable of fooling her entire generation and Doukyouzu into thinking she's friends with Coco. A unreliable gossip that can't help but spill every grievance to drama mongers but not a single real leak about her supposed raging jealousy of Coco. Just rrats.

Now, can I deny that the possibility exists that it was her? No. She's proven to be dumb and crazy enough. That being said, I'm skeptical. It doesn't pass the sniff test.

(I feel like I've ended up being the resident mikeneko defender, which is not what I signed up for.)

There's a lot of literature about hikkikomori already in Japanese. Welcome to the NHK is more known overseas because that's just what got translated first. Also, the book is more known than the anime adaption.

People just need to stop taking rando chan users at face value when they start speculating things. And Rushia needs to shut up, stop posting passive-aggressive tweets, and focus on recovering from the mess she made.

Having the Fauna birthday stream in the background and Lui just popped in to say HB. Gotta admit Lui is really sweet, she really likes to talk to the EN gang even though the language barrier is there and mustering up the best English she can manage. Her listening skills are quite good actually.

Holy shit add Polka to that list, and her English is even less than Lui but man is it cute to see them try so hard. Super endearing as it Polka tier English.

Naki has been playing with short shitposting videos, and I don't get the video she's making fun of (it's linked in the info for the vid) but I like it, it works for her.



Non Anon did a slime review, I thought these things were actually edible slimes like fancy puddings, they're just an ADD knockoff product. I really want to see a Pippa/Non Anon collab, or at least with Tenma:

Nah, I don't buy it myself either. I honestly don't think the tweet is referring to herself or any of the other members.

I mostly just don't know why she'd just casually imply an admission to actually dating Mafumafu after going so hard on denial during the shitstorm.

Also, it involves Japanese VT, which is powered entirely by a desperate thirst for stirring shit.

Prism is honestly my favourite group after Homosexualive, shiki specially i consider to be top tier and naki is also enjoyable, i would watch them more if i had the time.
