Is this the third restaurant risotto she has had this month? I'm sure she had one in the restaurant where she didn't know what gnocchi was.
Is Cuba not notorious for having bad internet? Not like anything will happen other than locking herself inside the hotel. I still remember that family trip one summer when she was still with Bibi. They were all outside having fun and enjoying the nice summer weather while she stayed inside alone to keep herself cool with the air conditioning.
Her cruise with Karlee was by mid next year I believe. Not sure how long she's staying in Cuba, but a trip to Cayo Coco will cost her 3k at least with flights included. At this point I think she needs a finantial conservatorship because she is recklessly spending money she doesn't have.
I doubt she'll even make it. My gut is saying she either sleeps through her flight, gets to the airport and realizes she doesn't have her travel documents, gets frustrated trying to check her bag/print a pass, can't handle waiting the many lines, etc etc and aborts mission before she even boards the plane.
Cuba has horrendous internet. You have to go to an approved retailer and buy a card for an hour's worth of internet with the local currency, and then find a hotspot (the hotspots are incredibly difficult to find, normally lobbies of expensive hotels are a good bet, but the hotels want you to buy cocktails/food in order to sit there) and then once you've found a hotspot you need to log in, which often just flat out doesn't work or won't connect.
) then the actual internet strength won't be nearly good enough to stream. It's good for internet browsing and whatsapp/very slowly loading instagram. ) then expect mostly radio silence. The temperature there at the moment is above 30°C/85°F and over 90% humidity. There's no chain restaurants and not much touristy to do in Havana, unless she she goes to an all inclusive resort, which would cost her thousands of dollars which she doesn't have.
