🐱 Jeffrey Epstein’s Infamous ‘Pedophile Island’ Goes on the Market for $125 Million

The Caribbean island where the late pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein trafficked young girls for sexual abuse has been put up for sale by his estate. The Wall Street Journal reported that Little St. James and the larger, but undeveloped Great St. James, both in the U.S. Virgin Islands, are to be listed at $125 million. Epstein, who committed suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019, brought Little St.James in 1998, as he built up an international property portfolio that included a New York townhouse, a Palm Beach mansion, and a ranch in New Mexico. Epstein liked to call the island “Little St. Jeff,” but locals preferred “Pedophile Island.” Visitors included Britain's now-disgraced Prince Andrew.

If it's been put up for sale by his estate, do they (eg: his next of kin, etc.) benefit from the sale, or would it be held in escrow until taken by a third party (such as the government)?

For that money it had better include the temple, with a new altar. Do you know how much it is to get a new sacrificial altar installed these days?

I could see it becoming a tourist attraction, but that probably wouldn't make back the $125 million anytime soon.

Even if someone bought it expecting to find anything there wouldn't be crap. Those drone footage videos from after he got arrested show construction teams clearing things out there.

Anything there that was incriminating is gone.

Now if I had the money I would buy it and clear and flatten the island and make it say in giant stone letters "Epstein didn't kill himself" so it can forever be visible in the air and through Google Earth.

I think that name is going to put people off. Maybe something softer like Libertarian Island.
I ain't no PR manager but I have a feeling you could turn the image of the place around by just bringing a bunch of pedophiles there and minecrafting them. TCAP Island.
Like Fantasy Island, but instead of Ricardo Montalban, it's Chris Hansen.
