A few years ago there was a story about how Russia lost a sub or something near the Arctics. He's just doing as many live calls as he can saying how he demands NATO get involved and if they don't WW3 will kick off, almost like it's a threat. Putin has said twice that if the west gets militarily involved then he will consider that a declaration of war and he will use nukes. Nuclear weapons. The things that can destroy entire cities.

This is what having nukes does, it lets you tell the world to fuck off and if you want to call that bluff then you've been invited to join the fight by the Z-man himself. For the rest of us we'd like to focus on domestic issues.
