Look at the area. You piss and shit from that area, so it’s already a bacteria wonderland. Plus sweat. It’s easy enough for ingrown hairs to get a nasty infection in the groin area. Now hack and slash at it wholesale, leaving massive seam lines from the stitches. All of this is a perfect storm of infection.Crucify me with dumbs if you want but I STILL just want to know the answer to the [literal] $64,000 question...why the hell do so many of these surgeries get infected???
Infection was what used to kill large numbers of women after childbirth, generally called puerperal fever, which was generally due to bad hygiene on the part of doctors/midwives during delivery, and caused sepsis which killed the woman. It’s incredibly easy for infections to happen during childbirth- and it’s necessary for the continuation of our species. These idiots court infection for the point of being castrated.
