I'm thinking possibly Coomerford. He's extremely stupid, but he certainly spends enough time on Twitter 24/7 to be this autistic about it, he writes with the verbose, empty narrative of a teenage girl, and having two profoundly autistic daughters he's likely spent enough time around hospitals and assorted tard specialists to have picked up at least a modicum of info about medicine/med school.

Oh, and he has a long history of getting caught making supremely retarded alt accounts, so this would be entirely in character.

Because they get sexualized when they get breasts and if they develop too early, too late, too big or two small, they get teased. That's why it's barbaric that the only therapy allowed is affirming their belief they need their breasts removed. Like your woman friends, I came to enjoy them because I had a good figure and they brought a lot of pleasure to me.
